too expensive
A friend had recommended this. I guess I was expecting something similar to high end balsamic vinegar. Thick & rich in flavor, like raisins. This product is still quite vinegary, & thin/ watery. There is a unique flavor to it, but this in not something thick that you can drizzle over roasted vegetables, etc. I feel it it way overpriced.

Delicious and worth every penny
This vinegar has deep flavor, excellent for salads, drizzled over meats and vegetables, brush it over grilled fish, it’s amazing. I use it to bring out the flavor in dishes, just sprinkle it over a salad (with a little olive oil S&P) Great product.
