Product: superb. Each cake was moist and packed with a delicious cooked rum flavor. Price/portion: at about $6.50 per portion, these are a little expensive. I think a 6 ounce portion would be more economical - and filling! Overall, these will not disappoint. They are rich in flavor and a perfect ending to any meal. I’ve had Tortuga rum cakes before many years ago and it’s nice to see that the quality has not suffered.

These little cakes are delicious! Very moist and unique flavors. If you’re looking for a great gift, this is it. The packaging is beautiful and it’s like giving several little presents in one gift. And the experience of tasting 6 different flavors is truly special and very fun. I’ve gifted these sets to 3 different men so far, who have all been surprised and impressed with them. Highly recommend!

I am a diabetic. And I don't know if I should ever buy this cake again. Because you can't just eat 1 bite. You can't just eat 1 slice. You actually sit there and almost eat the whole entire thing. Even though you know it's going to put you in a diabetic coma, because it's so freaking delicious. You can't stop eating it. It is impossible to put down the spoon or fork or whatever it is you're using to eat it with. I used a spoon. Cause this is what I had on me at the time and I'm telling you, it is so freaking good, I didn't know what to do because I was not expecting it to be that moist and spongy and full of flavor I mean, you could taste the rum, the coconut, the. I am buying these for Christmas and giving them out as Christmas gifts. And I think I'm going to buy 2 for Thanksgiving and put it on the Thanksgiving table and serve it with custard and put a bowl of custard in the middle and the people can put the custard on their cake, but you don't even need that because it's so. Delicious II believe if I take this to Thanksgiving. Everybody's gonna be fighting over who gets another slice. Not not who gets a slice or not. Who gets another slice? Cuz? You're never satisfied with just one slice of this cake. I am not kidding if you love ROM, and you love coconut. And you love spongy, moist softness. That is not too sweet, but not under sweet. It's not over wet, it's not under, it's not dry, definitely. It's, I'm telling you it was perfection, perfection, perfection, perfection. Except if you're diabetic, because I did suffer from it and um. I would do it again knowing it's going to make me sick because it's that delicious. 🤧 i wish you made bigger ones for bigger families to share in holiday times because is this one? It's not big enough, it's just not big. Enough please make it bigger.

These cakes are very strong with a distinct taste of rum. I prefer other brands in which the rum is more subtle. Eating these cakes is just like eating a mixed drink. I am giving it 3 stars because these cakes are very moist, which I like, & you get a good variety of flavors.

Bought this a few times now. Lovely and moist. Delicious. Rather expensive so only bought for special occasions.

I know product itself is good and has authentic Caribbean flavour but as this was intended to be a gift, disapointed that box arrived a bit battered and bent...more protective packaging/careful handling is needed. Also like others have said for the size it is quite pricey.
