Easy to use and glides while writing. For drying time and smugging depends on the surfaces it's used on. This pen is very reliable. I wiuld highly recommend. Also has firm grip.

BIC is a go-to brand for me. I’ve always loved their pens, especially because they offer great quality at an affordable price. These were also on sale, so I definitely couldn’t pass up the deal! My only complaint was how difficult it was to get these pens started. I’m not sure the flashcard image I have attached really does it justice, but it took quite a bit of scribbling before the ink would flow consistently. Even after getting them started, there were a few go-and-stop moments, although they seem to be working fine now. These were on sale for around $1 a pack, so I can't complain to much. Since I purchased these for my son to use at school, I’m a little apprehensive that one might stop working during class or that he may have trouble getting it started himself. I normally don’t have this issue with BIC products, so I’m hoping this was just a fluke with this particular pack. Overall, still a good value. I’ll definitely continue buying BIC pens; I just hope these prove to be reliable for school!
