Old Wisconsin Original Snack Sticks (8 oz) and Turkey Sausage Snack Sticks (6 oz) Bundle

I buy this exact product at my local Safeway. I haven't eaten beef or pork for decades, but I do love meat snack sticks, & Old Wisconsin makes a GREAT turkey-based variety I love. I try to only eat one or two, but I just can't stop myself until the package (of 14 sticks) is empty. Currently I'm getting them in through Subscribe & Save, so that helps with price.They make a great take-along snack for any day, any meal. They also would be useful when hiking, biking, or camping. I mainly got them because they don't need refrigeration, so are perfect to include in an emergency kit I'm assembling (I live in earthquake country, so need a bugout bag).40 cal/stick & terrible if you're watching fat, saturated fat, or sodium; 3.5g/protein, 1% RDA of Iron. And yes, it contains a little chemical crap, but not as much as other snack or processed foods. So if you have health issues or are a food purist, give this a pass. But I'm a senior & I don't have any cholesterol buildup in my arteries. I have probably another 3 decades to my lifespan, so I can overlook most of this. I also eat reasonably healthily, so that allows me to eat crap occasionally, so long as it's reasonably-good crap. This is reasonably-good crap. And delicious.So, good price, good taste, turkey-based & beef-/pork-free, protein/fat source, some additives, lightweight & compact, not for food purists or those with health issues, quick shipping (with option to set up regular discounted shipments). If this works for you, then you'll love this.

Package said to use before 8-12-17. It also says to refrigerate after opening. Today 5-25-17 I opened it for the first time. I took a bite of one of the sticks - it had a funny taste. I looked down and saw mold on it. Please see the picture for a visual of the mold and package with the instructions to refrigerate after opening, and also the date to use by.Very disappointed in this company!

Please are OK. I like most of the old Wisconsin snacks. I must admit I like them more in the bite-size flavors instead of the snack sticks because it seems a little bit of a large portion for a single snack. I’m more likely to take a bite and finish a bite then I am of this. Maybe it’s just because I don’t like the form that the pepperonis in in this. But I don’t mind it in the smaller bite-size

My package says " 60 calories, 5g fat, 200mg sodium, 3g protein " Of course there is more to the nutrition information, but that little bit gives a good idea of the basic. I tend to weight train early in the morning, one of these and a cheese stick is 9g of protein, the two together are a perfect snack to get me going without over filling my stomach. Buy at least a few packs, they are awesome!

These snack sticks are delicious, gluten free, and low carb! They have a nice texture, meaty with a great mouth-feel. Some other brands I've tried are rock-hard, but Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage is tender without being too soft. They're also only a half-carb each, so it's easy to enjoy them along with some cheese while on a low-carb diet. My husband and I keep buying more every time we start running low, and we're really pleased we can get them for such a great price here on Amazon!

I've just tried these for the first time, and I love them. Great protein-to-calorie ratio. I will say that they are too salty for some members of my family, but that is not a problem for me. I'll definitely be ordering more of these.

Love these! They are just spicy enough to satisfy my need for something to snack on while still being healthy enough not to affect my diabetes and they go great with a keto diet! I learned that from my sister and it’s true.

These are definitely higher quality than the junk I usually buy in convenience stores. I was surprised to like the turkey ones so much too. If they came individually wrapped that would be amazing, because refrigerating them detracts from the convenience and flavor. They're best when I first open the pack and they're at room temp.
