I took it over to my sisters house, so far it is working fine and we are happy with it. The water opening space will fit around a 9 inch container.

I only just received the unit to replace my rental from Ready Refresh after the rental price went to about $15 a month. I finally said enough. The unit seems well built and was easy to set up. I don't use the hot water feature so I have not turned that switch on. I only use the cold water feature. It doesn't get frigid but I normally use water bottles which I store in the fridge after filling them. But the water is cold enough to drink after filling a bottle. My only real complaint is the water outlets are pretty short and you have to be careful about getting a water bottle directly under it. And the shelf to rest a glass or something on is pretty high/close to the water and it's hard to fit a larger water bottle on the shelf. But so far so good.

Bought this unit alittle over 3 months ago and it’s already kicked the bucket, it runs very loudly, doesn’t cool, the ice water comes out like warm bath water!! Huge disappointment, and I’m sure I can’t return it due to being purchased 3 months ago! They don’t make things like they used to! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

This water cooler definitely keeps my water cold, water dispensed by the room temp button is the same temperature as the cold water button. Both the heating element and the refrigerant make noise, but the cold water takes a long time and is really loud, so keep it far from from your living room.

It looks great with its black stainless steel design, and the hot and cold water options are super convenient. It holds both 3 and 5-gallon bottles, and the child safety lock gives extra peace of mind.

Had an issue with it after a few months, but Brio's customer service got everything sorted out for me very quickly.

Why didn't I get this sooner! Save on water bottles, get fresh cold water and feel like a rich office person who works from home! Install was easy. Take off all the tape, wipe up any dust, place in the water bottle upside down and then turn on the switches on the left side (hot and cold). Now, I just need to figure out how to NOT spill a third of the water with this top loading dispenser! Saved some money than the bottom loading ones so that ain't bad too.

This item was trash. The water simply spilled out. Got a technician to open and everything inside the dispenser was a mess. Hose was damaged, parts were not placed correctly. Spent all this money and didn't get a refund because it was too expensive to return the item since I live in the Caribbean.
