Prompt Service
I contacted the company on a Sunday afternoon for issues on my registration. I received a prompt courteous reply in less than 20 mins from the company and my issue was resolved. Great service! However, a word of caution, if you are someone who uses CCleaner and registry cleaners regularly, be advised to not have your Silverlight cleaned as the program will prompt you for your reg # and you will lose your program tracking.

Its a good product
I have been using the GRE flash cards for a month now and it seems like a good review. I really found the timed flash cards to be useful. So far I am doing about an hour or two a day. I'll see if it was actually useful in December when I take the GRE I'm very weak on my vocabulary so this product has its work cut out for it.
