Definitely worth buying the proper stuff. It does require buffing but we just used very find sandpaper and it wasn't too much work. Once buffed it has a fantastic shimmer and great coverage. We tried a foam roller as someone suggested but the glitter just stuck in the roller so we used a wide brush and it went on much better.

I've only tested this ,but didn't work well mixed in paint , bought pads to lightly buff after painting but didn't really work (may be paint I used ) much better and more glitter if you can blow glitter on with a turkey baster ( yes I know lol ) but it works , lovely sparkle very pretty glitter , not bad price .

This product is amazing.. the 1st package was miss replaced in the post. I contacted seller an issued me a replaced straight away..it arrived an i added it straight to the paint.. it's amazing love it.. really sparkly.

It doesn't sparkle at all and has just made the wall look like it needs a good sand down, grubby looking even.

This product is not goodIt just looks like crazy dots and no glitter effect and the light was hitting the wall directly

Purchased 3 packs of glitter to add to two gallons of paint! The paint became super thick and clumpy. Doesn’t spread very well, and left huge patches of glitter on the wall. Wouldn’t recommend! Just wasted $30 on glitter, $10 on the buffing pad, and $45 on paint which I’ll have to pay AGAIN to repaint! Don’t waste your money and time.

We used this on our kitchen skylight however, my only downfall to this would be to make sure you do continuous strokes. We can see all of the brush lines but did not notice when it was wet. Since it’s a tall skylight we won’t be painting over I’ll just deal with it :)

The product was good. I think it’s just that mixing the glitter with paint (I used clear wall paint from Lowe’s) makes it hard to really disperse evenly just because it’s glitter. I used a roller at first but the roller was not spreading the glitter so I ended up brushing it with a paint brush. The wall still turned out ok and sparkles beautifully in the sun light from the window. This product is probably more suitable for doing stripes on a wall or small spaces rather than a whole wall simply because glitter doesn’t disperse evenly. Overall the product is beautiful and sparkles really nicely.

I am giving this one star because it was VERY disappointing. I followed the directions exactly like it said and it came out on the wall in clumps. It said it works better when rolled on in light coats and this was two coats rolled lightly. No matter what we did I had rolled marks. It was a lot of money WASTED and is being repainted as I speak. I am so disappointed in this product!!!

It is amazing and subtle. Did the walls of the en suite in pewter and mixed these in. It sparkles and catches the light without being tacky.

Didn’t go in pink paint good if u buy paint wall then put in clear paint and paint it

Don’t bother it clumps in pint and just makes tour wall look dirty.

Did my first glitter wall ,with a few mishaps ,it turned out very well .felt like I needed to add a bit of water to the paint after the glitter was added,but overall I love the chunky glitter.

This product was ok I recommend using a clear coat to whatever color your going to use because mixing the glitter with a color paint shows very little glitter I used it on my daughters dresser and wasn’t what I was expecting

We followed the directions provided and it absolutely does not work no matter how you try to apply. The glitter clumps up really bad and it simply does not reflect what any of the videos they provide show.
