I would recommend the product and the seller. At installation I had a technical question, and contacted the seller. Seller returned to me within 15 minutes!!!!! So much appreciate the personal touch. Wish all sellers would learn from him!!! Thank you!!

The media could not be loaded.  This mailbox had several DUPLICATE LOCKS; neighbors could open each others mailboxes!When I first emailed Florence Corporation, they told me to talk to the separate sales company. The sales company told me they don’t guarantee unique locks. So I posted a video of Florence’s defective mailbox on the Florence facebook page (see 10/8/2020 post); the video is also posted on youtube - search “warning florence mailboxes”). Then they wanted to talk…Yes, they mailed replacements locks but THEY DID NOT PAY FOR INSTALLATION.So buy this if you like paying for things twice.

Good quality, well-designed, great appearance! Papers and magazines arrive in pristine condition because they are not rolled up to fit in a small square box. I think the mailman likes the easier access, too.
