Runs big. I wear a size 9 womens size. Next time I order these I'm going to order 1 size down. I had to trim quite a bit to get them in my shoes.Also in women's flats, these worked well in my loafer style flats, but did not work well in another set of my flats that have a more narrow overall style. These are really designed well for most women's dress shoes or flats with a wider style. They enhance the comfort of my loafers. When I put them in a different style of flats, they pushed my feet to the side, putting my feet out of alignment. This may be impacted by the inserts being so big. Maybe a smaller size would have fit the other style of flats better. I would suggest that if you wear a size 9, order down a size.

This sht makes my chucks feel like I'm stepping into a coffin for dead cocker spaniel puppies. so comfortable. it's also orange so when people see the inside of my shoes they are like "holy sht it's orange" and i'm like "yes, i know" and they follow with "interesting" and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not because words like "interesting" "fascinating" and "exceptional" are actually very neutral

The best thing about these insoles is that they don't try to mold your foot to have an arch it doesn't have. My feet are almost completely flat, and many insoles try to give you an arch. These are thin enough to fit into almost any shoe, and have good cushioning. They form to the inside of the shoe, rather than adding an arch that isn't there. The heel cup fits well, and helps absorb impact from walking.

I bought these insoldes to see if they would help with some heel pain that I experienced while running. These insoles seemed to help. I wish the description had said they had a metatarsal support though. I had to find a thinner metatarsal pad as the one in the insole was not sufficient but too much with a regular metatarsal pad.

Almost takes up too much room in the shoe but then again that's what's going to happen because they have a lot of padding. Overall, I like OK. Just started using so will need some time to see if I like over the long run.

I would have given these a zero rating but zero stars was not an option. These inserts are horrible. I carefully measured and cut them and tried them in my most comfortable shoes, purchased on Amazon, by the way. After about an hour of walking, I developed a backache. After two hours I developed huge blisters on both feet. They are very rough on the surface and the arch supports are so exaggerated they cause you to walk on the side of your foot, causing blisters. I would have returned them but I already cut them to size. Big waste of money!

They fit, but the right foot is a bit too long, it keeps bunching up in my shoe in the toe area.

I've used this brand for a few years, found them because this brand does flip flops with arch support (FABULOUS!!) — you can definitely tell the difference when you walk all day with these vs without good insoles!
