Does this come with the duster/puffer for insecticidal dust, and if not, then which ones are compatible?

No it does not.  It is designed to hold a typical pressurized spray can (e.g. spray paint, insecticide or compressed air, etc.) at the end of an extension pole, and provides the capability to trigger the spray action by pulling on a lanyard that comes with an is attached to the device.  It works well.

Will this work with a standard can of rust oleum spray paint. Trying to paint top metal piece of grey stone building?

Yes it will work with spray aerosol cans.  When you attach the spray can to the Gotcha Sprayer Pro keep the strap loose and position the spray can just below the stop here line which is on the side of the Gotcha Sprayer Pro.  Sometimes if the spray can is mounted closer to the top near the lever, a small amount of paint will spray onto the leading edge of the Gotcha Sprayer Pro. Some sprays have a very wide spray angle. Do not pull hard on the cord.  To activate the spray can nozzle only requires a light pull on the cord.  Thank you for interest in our products.
