Mega Bloks Peek A Blocks Schoolhouse

Fun to play with, really versatile The peek a boo encourages lots of play and chatter

bought for my niece to add to her mega blocks adds an extra element so she is very happy

This 'Mega Bloks Schoolhouse' is a great set to be used from 1 year old and above. The retail package is quite big and vibrant would definitely make a child excited...to be honest it made me excited and I'm 32 :D The box contains 42 pieces altogether, 2 peek-a-blok (2 animals that can do peek-a-boo) a school bus, a launcher and 3 slides and 35 bloks. The blocks are big and as others mentioned it, no need to worry about small parts that can be choked on. They are durable, clip together easily. There are no rough edges completely safe for the small ones. The box contains a guide to help you build the school house. This guide uses clear viusals so older kids can follow instructions easily. For a one year old...they will need a lot of help building this, altough I have to say my daughter really enjoyed just me putting the thing together, so don't worry if your child is not big enough to play on their own. In my opinion these toys are designed to be built together with parents/older siblings and are a great fun for the whole family. You don't have to follow the instructions, the 35 pieces are enough to create your own building if you got bored of the school house. Combine this with the compatibility of other Mega Bloks set and you will soon find that the possibilites are endless. The peek-a-bloks are a great idea, I'm sure kids will love it, but they will get worn down the quickest as they have moving parts. All in all it's really easy to recommend this set, it definitely helps your child learn different skills and how to follow instructions. Some sort of storage is essentiel for these especially if you plan on expanding the collection, it's a shame that no storage is included in the retail box. Bigger shame is that the box itself isn't very useful once you opened it, I definitely don't see us putting the blocks back in that box. But other than this I can't really find any fault with it. The price is always a personal opinion, it will always come down to the customer if they're happy to pay the asking price. I know I would as these look like they can be passed down to younger sibling in a few years time.

These are large chunky blocks that fit nicely in a childs hand. No small parts to choke on or rough edges. There are detailed instructions on how to build the schoolhouse on the box and all the parts necessary to do this. This set is compatible with other Mega Bloks titles. A couple of things to be aware of. The age given is 1+ but 36 months and over is given on the product safety note. I would say it's ok from 12 months with adult supervision. Also, the box is only for retail purposes. It would have been nice if it could have been used for storage afterwards. Other sets do come with these. Disappointingly, one of the spring loaded arms on a peek a block broke within minutes of setting it up.

My nephew who is 18 months old loves this. The blocks are nice and chunky for him to hold. His favourite bits are the racoon and owl. He likes to bash the pieces rather than build with them at the moment. When hes older there is a nice instruction booklet that gives you step by step instructions on how to build the schoolhouse.

When I saw this offered I immediately selected it for my youngest grandson. He is a happy 9-month-old and loves Duplo bricks and baby tools. He is learning so fast, I thought I'd try it out on him and sure enough, within a week or so, he had learned all about the slide. This is designed for 1+ but it hasn't stopped him. He is very good at keeping himself busy and loves working things out. We are pretty sure that a young engineer is on the way! 👨‍🚒

Pretty much every parent has played peek-a-boo with their little one. This incorporates this traditional game in to a fun and educational toy for your child. The box is quite large, bigger than I expected although I’m not sure why, as the clue is in the name (MEGA Bloks). Although I’ve never owned any mega bloks products before, I know that they are endorsed by Fisher Price, so as that is a brand I am familiar with and trust I felt that this product would be fun and good quality. And it didn’t disappoint. We have so far had hours of fun with it and will have many more to come. The peek-a-boo element provides a sense of familiarity and an instant connection to the toy, also. As it is a building toy, it encourages your child to be creative and use their imagination to build uncomplicated structures that will benefit them by further developing their fine motor skills. The colours are bright and stimulating for little inquisitive eyes. Gave hours of fun to my granddaughters, and imaginative play

Gioco molto divertente che richiede impegno e abilità per montarlo. Magari la prima volta è bene che lo facciano insieme a un adulto per mostrar loro le istruzioni. Poi potranno giocare in autonomia. I pezzi sono di buona qualità, colorati, adatti anche a bambini piccoli e ben confezionati.

Einfach aufzubauen oder einzeln verwendbar sogar im Wasser. Hält was es verspricht.

Lo compramos para regalo a un bebé de 1 año y la verdad es que me gustó bastante. Son los megablocs de siempre pero incluyendo el tema pelotas y rampas que tanta gracia les hace. Muy contenta con la compra

A mi hijo de 5 años le encanta, es muy divertido y juega muchísimo con este juego, lo recomiendo.
