Was unsure what to expect...
After reading many of the reviews I was unsure whether to order a size smaller or larger or just my size. I am generally a 32 or 33, so I ordered a 32 and hoped for the best. I am quite happy with the size and the fact that I am not used to the slight elasticity of a pair of pants I was pleasantly surprised. They are quite comfortable and for me a belt was not needed, but you can always wear one if you thing you want them a bit baggier. The length is slighter longer than I would normally like, but I'm not that tall, so it's something I get used to. Pleas I really like how the legs don't go over my shoes and drag on the ground. The legs stop at my shoes and go no further which is something I haven't had a pair of pants do in quite a while without being 'skinny' pants.I tend to have bigger thighs so again was a bit worried, but I'm quite happy with these.I did go ahead and wait until I had washed and worn them a few times before I made a review, just in case washing them changed them in any way, but they seem to keep the same fit.Very happy overall. I will say that the back pockets may take a bit getting used to and even though I can still put my wallet there, I've just started putting my wallet in what is probably a more secure spot anyhow, my side/leg zip pocket. Also of note, some reviewers mentioned the net pockets, the top pockets are half net on the outside and full material on the inside (the actual part that touches your skin) so even if you have keys and such, it isn't a bother.Hope this helps and if any questions, feel free to ask.

Pretty good, but not overwhelmed.
At first, I was unsure about these. They look and feel a bit different than expected. I ordered a 30r, which is my normal size. At first they felt a bit tight on the upper leg, but these trousers do have great stretch and soon loosen up, after a couple of days. The material is great.I think they are okay for the price, but definitely deserve to be a bit cheaper. The stitching isn't the greatest and there's loose threads here and there and there's fray around the hole for the main button, which bugs me a little. Also, i don't know why, but I should have washed them first, as they have a weird fusty smell. All in all, I do like them, but they didn't wow me as soon as I put them on. So, I probably wouldn't buy them again, at least for that price.

Practical pair of combats and fast delivery
Combats look nice and would be practical for a number of activities. Pockets are easy to access and the stretch in the material allows for unrestricted movement. If like me though you have big/athletic legs you'll probably need a size bigger if you prefer a looser fit.

Not as advertised but acceptable - Chinese not European
Not the same material as advertised, pictures clearly show a crosshatch style mesh based material, these are clearly not and I doubt they're water resistant at all.Main Zip feels very cheap which is a shame as the pocket zip are much better quality and the button hole was sewn up so had to cut this to use the button.Side pockets only have velcro on half of the flap so they don't hold down properly. Didn't come with a belt either as shown in the pictures on the advert. However, I cannot deny they are comfortable and although the fabric is not as advertised, they do seem like quality material and the stitching seems good.Definitely a Chinese knock off of more premium pants and the advert looks as though they're European but you can tell from the zip lock bag they arrived in that they're not from Europe and that's before you even look at the label in the pants......made in China for Archon TacticalWouldn't pay full price for them, but when on sale at £25 they're substantial enough to justify that price

Amazing outdoor clothing, durable, versatile, great for outdoor work
I bought these for gardening and I am super impressed. The quality of the fabric is solid and durable, tight knit to keep the cold out while not being tight in itself to remain comfortable. The waist is a perfect fit that aligns with your body, unlike other clothing that creates a bit of baggyness around the hip/ bottom area, these do not.Belt loops are solid and haven't freyed at all, I use a tactical pouch attached to my belt in these trousers and it keeps form, doesn't become lose, frey, or stretch the loops. In terms of washing, I have washed these a lot since the 6 months after I purchased (once a week) and the colour is almost unchangeable (bought a smaller pair as I have lost weight, colour was almost the same). The placement of the pockets is perfect for gardening as the way they are angled means you can keep tools in your side pockets and they don't become squeezed when kneeling down etc, they are at the side for easy use, which makes them great for myself as I can pull tools out when needed, with no hassle. There is also a safety hook above 1 pocket, which I personally use for keys, the placement of this hook is great as it is just above the pocket, meaning you can attach something here for quick use while keeping in protected. The trousers are also lined in some pockets with mesh. This is a strong sturdy mesh, that again hasn't fryed or created larger broken holes in the mesh with use. Still as good as day one. This also helps with breathability, which is great if you're active outside. The only downside I have noticed is they are a little on the expensive side, but you do get a quality product for the price.(I use these trousers over the other 2 pairs I bought when I set up my business, I haven't even worn the other 2 pairs as they are no where near the build quality and comfort as these).Final remark is if you're a hiker, you may want something a bit lighter as these are on the heavier side (again good for paintballing etc as offers extra protection).Overall I would highly recommend these pants for their durability, quality build, comfort, and good weight, as they really do do their job and are an amazing pair for outside related activities.
