This was a great deal for a small spinning cast reel. I would say it’s in the 2000 reel range. Smooth spin, everything was impressively lubed up ready to go and free 6lb line with it. I looked at a bunch of reels they were offering real happy to stumble on this. Will get out to the sea and toss it around. The drag felt real smooth too.

I bought this for an old rod that I repaired the tip on as a beater/loaner rig. I actually picked this over some other low buck reels because it came with line. I wasn't really expecting much and I've been very pleasantly surprised! First of all, it does have an anti-reverse switch, I couldn't tell from the pictures and it would have been a deal breaker but it does and it works well. Everything about this feels solid and high quality. Time will tell on longevity but i'd stack it up with a Shimano Sienna and other reels of that class in terms of feel.

I went catfishing in lake Conroe Texas this reel work very well especially for the price it was easy to use, and it was pretty light on my rod, and the line capacity was extraordinary. five stars!
