Hopeless .
I could not get any content from this book. I tried to sort this through phoning kindle but after wasting a lot of time I realised that I should have tried the sample first and I would have seen that sample has nothing In it. I would like my money back! I have been ripped off. Love to know if other people have managed to have a more positive experience or if all people having the same experience as myself. If they are it should definately be taken off the market!

Buy it! full of relevant info, well organized & concise!
Love this book so much and I will explain why the content and organization are both so elite. I am new to iridology, but I am not new to reading health books. I have been teaching myself nutrition and complementary medicine by reading books that I buy on Amazon. Without an organized degree program and the pre-med background, it is important to me to find books that are incredibly well organized like textbooks. I want them to begin with an overall picture and step by step get into details. Ideally, the books will not skip the science, but rather build up to it so that I can actually understand the process and not just memorize facts. It has to make sense for me. If I can come away from the book actually able to repeat the material/concepts or refer to it until I know it all by heart, then it must have added to my life.1. The content of this book is perfect for someone new to iridology, but it is quite detailed. The author organizes the concepts incredibly well, so we can understand the overall idea and then the details for each category make so much sense. There are lots of details but they are logical and easy to go back to for memorizing again. The photos are clear. It is easy to read through it once through (in a day or two) to fulfill the general curiosity, but it is not easy to remember every term, location, and meaning and assimilate and become an expert iridologist with this one reading. It really helps to then reread the book. It is chock-full of relevant information. I assume this will be my go-to reference for a long time as I begin to observe eyes.2. The writing itself is phenomenal. I became a super-fan of the author just because of this. Her clarity of thought comes through. Unlike my writing, her writing is clear. The words organize in a satisfying order. I wish my brain could do that. There is a de-cluttering for the reader that happens just from reading her words. She doesn't put excessive verbiage, like I am sure I just did. I actually feel like her book is like the eye itself-- full of information, concise, without unnecessary overlap, and every word has the exact place and reason for it, just like the images on the eye. I imagine that her eyes are clear in the area that reflects the mind and clarity of thought and emotion.Just for comparison-- I love the book The Calcium Lie 2 by Thompson because of the information. But I can't say the writing stands out as immensely satisfying. It's totally fine. I read every word. He repeats that bones are not just made of calcium for about two chapters before he finally moves on to more details. It's an important book and there is nothing wrong with it. It just doesn't stand out for the literal part and the organization. Another example-- I have read every health book by Dr. David Brownstein. He has a totally different style. He repeats his point ...non-stop. It's fine. It's actually fun. I rarely need to refer back to "memorize" new material in his book because he has repeated it so often. Repetition is a form of teaching. The brain needs repetition. The material in his books builds on itself, and Dr. Brownstein gives lots of examples to support each of his points. He still gets into the science as the chapters progress. It is light and easy to take in. But it's a totally different style. Dr. Garber, the author of this Iridology in Practice book, does not waste space. There is a reason for each word. There is a precise perfect location for it. Even her boxed information is new and doesn't repeat what she has already said in a paragraph. I end up not skipping a word mentally and physically. She would have known how to say in much less space what I reviewed here in too many words.3. Anyway, I am definitely going to continue to study this subject. I may have found the one that truly calls to me of all the complementary medicines. I must thank the author. This is my first book review.

Great!
I learned a lot from this iridology book. I've been reading every book I can find on the topic. This one was short, I finished it in two days, but it has lots of helpful pictures. If you want a quick overview of iridology signs this book is helpful. It also discusses some german iridology which was interesting and informative. Dorothy Hall's old book called "Iridology" didn't have many photos but was filled with fascinating lore on iridology. I found it to be much more in-depth then this book. I'm currently reading Jenson's work now. Such an amazing science this is!
