Please, measure your overall foot length. Medium sandals have overall length of 10", Large - 10.5". Compare with the length of your foot and choose the size that would fit better. If the measurement is right on the border, consider the length of your toes. If your toes are rather long, choose a smaller size (Medium in your situation), if your toes are short, please, go with the larger size (Large to answer your question). The dividers are fixed, so if you have longer toes you will have more room at the back of the sandal; with shorter toes you will have more room in the front. Hope this helps.
