These are quite good. I own both these and the previous version of their headlamp. These new ones have better battery life, more convenience (you can hold the power button to turn off, instead of cycling through modes), and a more focused beam. They throw more light straight-ahead and are better for spotting. Both illuminate the same cone of area, but I found these to be a bit more directional and thus better for things like spotting varmints. I think I would prefer these on a night hike as well. The elastics are better and I can get my preferred fit easily too. I had to use safety pins to tension the straps on the old ones. These are very portable, pocketable, fast charging and generally useful. Hands-free light is helpful in so many situations, I couldn't begin to list them all. These headlamps are worth it! I use them multiple times every night and I'm still running on the first charge from the unboxing. Great efficiency and light weight on these.

Very bright, fast charging, lightweight.

We've had these for about a year now and they have held up wonderfully. I have noticed a small decrease in battery life, but after a year of use that is to be expected. Perfect for a evening hike and small and light enough to keep with you everytime you go out. Took them on a 5 day trip and only had to recharge once. Pretty bright, pretty comfy

Pretty decent lamp. I'd say battery life is a bit lower than desired but for a rechargeable one, I can't complain. Fits well on my head with a great adjustable strap. Has multiple modes so you can focus on the task at hand. Now I just need to keep it in one place...

Headlamp works great. Very good value for not 1 but 2 lamps! Can use one and have fully charged one as backup. Don't really need the red light feature, but that's OK.

This set was bought to replace an old Husky branded headlamp that was probably 20 years old . These are so much brighter and the built in battery is nice . The red light is handy for heading to bed sometimes . Using outside at night , it doesnt shine anywhere near as bright or as far as my weapon light but is good to see where you are going . The elastic holds the light well on your head only time will tell if it lasts . Handy to have and keep near the door , but is not a spotlight . Will be handy working on a vehicle too . The motion sensor is way too sensitive to be useful , it either turns itself on or off at the wrong times , doesnt take much for the sensor to be activated one way or the other .

These are great! I love that you get two of them! I've bought them a couple times. We live on a farm and use a head lamp almost every evening (especially in the winter) to do chores in the dark. These are our go-to headlamps. I love that they're rechargeable, very bright (especially when freshly charged) and provide good visibility. You get multiple beam types from wide (for doing close up work where you need to illuminate a workspace like a table) to a strong focused beam if you need to look across a field or pasture. The design on theses is such that the hinge is notched so that you can adjust the angle of the headlight (from straight ahead to pointing down at the ground). Regarding durability, we've had the first set we ordered for a couple years (which is good longevity) but the daily use eventually wore the hinge so that it no longer stays up against your head (pointing straight ahead) but tilts a little bit down. It's not a deal breaker, but it can be a little annoying depending upon what you're trying to do. But again, this was after a couple years of almost daily use. The elastic head straps are comfortable to wear. There is also a pad on the back side of the headlamp for cushion against the skin. They're easy to adjust down or up and work for both kids and adults. The light has a multiple settings from the wide and focused beams (as noted above) to flashing red light (great for wearing on the back of your head for night time visibility on the road) to a solid red light, which I find is particularly useful at night when I don't need a bright white light. The solid red light does not attract bugs -- perfect for night time outdoor adventures (farm work, camping, etc.) where you don't want bugs attracted to your headlamp. One of the other features is a motion detecting on/off feature. If you press the left button, the lamp will turn on motion detecting. There is some kind of motion sensor such that you can use your hand to easily turn the light on or off. For our daily use, these rechargeable headlamps made the most sense. They come with charging cords that are easy to use. They can be charged as needed overnight and ready to go for the next day. I'm not sure they would be good for camping unless you had access to a power supply for charging, but if you have regular access to power, these are a great and affordable option.

Bright and versatile. Over the last few years I’ve purchased several of these, not because they wore out but because they’re so useful! I don’t go anywhere without one, and keep one attached to my handbags and backpacks. Pros: Bright, multiple modes, long lasting charge, easy to mount on backpack straps instead of the included headband, USB-C rechargeable, very weatherproof. Long press any button in any mode to turn off. Con: very minor, but the charge port cover often pops out on its own. I like that I can remove the headband and DIY attach it to my handbags and tote straps or directly on my backpack straps. (Yes, to my handbag; it was invaluable during a power outage in a dark building and I was the only one who had a light at the ready.)

A relatively small and handy headlamp for mounting on the head when performing delicate repairs on electronic items or watches. The adjustable feature of intensity of the light is also very useful. And most importantly, it’s not heavy.

Was super skeptical that these would be actually bright. But they work so great. Used for a backyard ultra marathon and lasted the entire night. And was super bright. Such good quality for a great price.
