One can't do better than these racks. The sizes are suitable for most purposes for cooling multiple food products. I use mine to cool off bacon after cooking and for small roasts. Of course they are perfect trivets as well. I have esily cleaned them by handwashing and in the dishwasher too. The spaces between the wires might be too big for smaller foods sometimes. I simply layer 2 racks over each other to make the spaces smaller.

I like steaming my leftovers rather than microwaving them. For that reason I bought these racks. My one complaint is that the space between the grid is way too big and food tends to fall through. You'll need the special paper that goes over the racks to keep that from happening. Otherwise, I don't regret my purchase.

I use them when I make tamales, I place it in the bottom of the container, works great.

I like the multiple sizes. I use them for cooling racks, support food in my air fryer, in my pressure cooker, lift pans up off a baking sheet in the oven.

Used it for steaming in my wok. Great quality. None have rusted nor warped
