I been using Starwest Botanicals herbs for over 10 year and this garlic powder is the best. I cook with this powder and capsules it as well, note as a supplement.

This has the best taste I've had so far! Very robust so you don't need to use as much as you might think. A little expensive, but now I know why, great garlic taste!

This has a great flavor but it diffidently is a powder. When I have ever bought garlic powder it was a fine granulated powder. This has texture of a talc powder. It's good, but shaking on meat is harder to control. I would buy again but use in stews or soups. I love garlic so I use on meats but it doesn't sprinkle like the other. It's more like sprinkling baby powder. So if your mixing in or blending its wonderful. I did mix it with my grandulated garlic which made more of an even sprinkle.

We use a lot of garlic powder in our house and I find that this size of bag works great for our house hold.

for spices and such I always try and buy in bulk. I use a lot of Onion and garlic. It is too expensive to by in small jars. This brand is so fresh and so much flavor. I use these rather than fresh now. I cook everything from scratch. No processed food in this house. This is as close to processed as I get. Makes my meals even better.

This garlic is a powder not like any garlic I've seen. Its strong, but not bitter and blends well when cooking. I'm used to Garlic powder being more granular. This product is more like Garlic flour it is the consistency of flour. You should be aware of this in case this isn't what you're looking for.Tastes like fresh garlic. This is a great value - Product comes in a resealable Mylar bag and should keep the power fresh for a long time with proper care.
