I have bought this item several times. After a few weeks the battery stops working. I would advise that nobody buys this product.

Good value for money and very effective. It arrived before anticipated delivery date, which was great. Only problem is, it has a very short charging cable, so you may need an extension, also I got a little confused when filling the chamber the first time, so look at the instructions carefully.

Everything on the tank is fused together. I can't alter air flow or change tip. There was no holographic seal on box. I've ordered another one to check if that's the way they're made/reused. If it is I won't buy again & probably return them.

So ... these are cheap. About a 3rd the price of the isub I used to use. The isubs lasted about 2 years. I’ve been using these for over 3 years. The first was already second hand and the battery lasted over a year before it faded. And it’s still in a draw should one break. The second was an s series which was a bit more ergonomic and lasted 18 months on rotation with the first. It is also a spare. When the battery faded I got two more a year or so ago. One, was never quite right but worked till tonight when I threw it in the bin the other is still perfect and gives me nearly 2 days on a full charge. So I’ve just ordered another. Yes ... they’re cheap, but don’t let that put you off. It needs charging a lot less than my isub used to. It lasts about as long before the battery fade and it works perfectly with my isub mini tank with 0.5 ohm coils. The best thing that happened to me when I took up vaping after a 6 month quit ... was my mate giving me his old battery one day when we were out

The device I received doesn't work or charge when plugged in. It feels like it has loose parts inside. I contacted the seller for a return/refund more than a week ago, and still haven't had a response to this issue. Don't buy it!

Opened this item brand new from the box as soon as it arrived. Put it on the charger... nothing... no flashing lights... no life at all in this. Total disaster.

The device won’t even charge new out of the box??? I have asked for a replacement… waiting!!!
