I purchased this for my two year old son's birthday party. I loved how easy it was to set up, and even more, I loved that it came in four separate pieces. That may sound weird, but trust me-if your child loves sesame street as much as mine does, you will be grateful too!The Happy Birthday Banner is the part that separates, and when you are done celebrating, you can easily just toss the Happy Birthday Part and you can put the rest of the Sesame Street characters on your child's wall as a giant (and I mean giant) poster. I was especially pleased with this, as my son is a HUGE Elmo fan, and I had been looking for quite some time for Elmo posters, but all were very small, and at really high prices.The other two parts were the Cookie Monster and the Elmo part at the top. I used these as little posters in his room, and couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I added a photo of my son's room and how the final poster came out.Hannah

I bought this to use for my son's birthday party. Its made of a thin flimsy plastic (almost like cellophane wrap) and was creased when it arrived, so it looked like a bunch of boxes taped together when I hung it up on the wall. It comes in four pieces, so you can arrange it however you want, or you could just use the large piece as a mural in a child's bedroom. When I tried to take it down and fold it back up, some parts of the corner ripped due to the tape and I couldn't easily fold it back the way it was originally. I will use it again should I have another Sesame Street party, but it would be better if it was made of paper (like a giant poster) or even a thicker material.

I used this behind the table where we did the cake etc for my 2yr olds bday party and it looked great. It really brought everything together and it made for such a nice backdrop behind all of our pictures of singing happy birthday, blowing out candles etc. The colors are vibrant. She loved seeing all the characters and it just brightened up & "made" the whole set up. It is thin like the typical disposable party table cloths they sell but even with it hanging down in front of our bay window in the kitchen, with full sun shining through (blinds were closed but it was a bright day), it was still thick enough to see the full color of the design and it photographed well. I will look for more like this for future themed parties. I've seen them before but hesitated to order something so large, I think it was worth it and the kids loved seeing it.

I also received a different picture than what is shown in the listing. My son won't care or know, though. As long as Cookie Monster is included, he'll be happy. This will work great as a background for his "virtual" birthday party when we video chat with family.

If you have a sesame street fan, your child will love this. Its lightweight plastic, kind of like a plastic table cloth. Its cute for decoration or as a backdrop for a photo booth at a sesame street party. It comes in 4 pieces (main picture of all the characters, Happy Birthday sign, Elmo and Cookie Monster to flank the Happy Birthday), so you don't have to put up the Happy Birthday Section if you want to use it for a non-birthday reason or as photo backdrop. We put it for my son's birthday and he does not want it to get take down. He goes up to it and starts saying Hi Elmo. Hi Oscar. Hi Big Bird. He loves it so much and it makes him happy - which makes me happy. I am glad I spent the $7. Highly recommend.

This Sesame Street Scene Set was awesome! We just celebrated my baby's first birthday and we used a Sesame Street theme, so this was perfect! The kiddos loved it and it was great to use for pictures. We have kept it up for a while longer because my sons just love it. I think I am going to place it in their room when we decide its time to leave the living room. I was a bit worried about the wrinkles at first, but we solved that issue. We used Command poster strips. They help to pull it flat and tight enough that the creases don't show. Even the adults had to take a photo in front of it. I am so pleased with this that I am going to be searching for these in other themes for future birthdays. I highly recommend!

This thing was awesome. My 2 year old has recently discovered sesame street and is in love with it. We got this oversized wall hanger for his birthday and put it in the dining room next to the table. The baby loved the life size characters so much we left it up for weeks. It was great watching him get excited about the fact that all his favorite sesame friends were there sharing his meals with him (not literally, thank goodness). He would go stand at the table and yell at us to show us that Cookie monster, Elmo, Abby, and all the rest were standing right there. It was a hit!! It definately made it into a giant ziploc and is being saved for him as a keepsake or maybe a room decoration when he gets a little bit older.

I was very excited for this product to arrive for my 2yr old's birthday. The night before her party I began to decorate and was so disappointed that the plastic wasn't soft as I expected, but more brittle (it actually crackles as you run your hand across it). Due to this factor the image has stiff creases and wrinkles throughout that do not go away even after a week, the wrinkles are all over it which is distracting to the image. I am not sure why the manufacturer doesn't put this on a roll for a better result. If this had no wrinkles I would have loved it. That said, my 2 year old and everyone who attended loved the decoration & took pictures in front of it wrinkles and all. The size is great , the character images are about 2-5ft. The image color is great; very bright and vibrant and you can see all detail on the characters down to the texture of the fabric on the clothes and fur. For the price, it was still well worth it.

This was an easy solution to decorate our kitchen for my son's 2nd birthday - he loved it. We actually separated the pieces around the kitchen which worked well.
