Great quality Vitamin D supplement
I’ve been taking the MegaFood Vitamin D3 2000 IU for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I feel a difference in my overall energy and mood. I picked this one because it’s made with real food ingredients and is certified non GMO, vegetarian, and kosher. It’s hard to find supplements that check all those boxes and still feel like something I can trust. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me. I also like that it’s just one tablet a day so I don’t have to keep track of multiple doses. Very pleased with this product and brand
I bought these vitamin D pills after having success improving my iron levels using their Blood Builder pills. These pills are also doing well for me. They are big pills, like most supplements, but not impossibly so and I don't notice any offensive taste. Highly recommend!

I believe in the product but I do not believe that the product should be that big and get smaller tablets for the same MG. There is too many fillers in tablets that are unnecessary. The product in the brand is what I’ve always used.
