Will a 15 foot cover be too small for 16 foot pole

I disagree with the comment that it won't fit. I bought the 15 foot diameter cover for a 16 foot pool and it fits great. That's because the 15' cover is actually 18 feet in diameter so there is plenty of overlap.

Will this cover help keep my pool cool in the hot summer months?

No it’s not for a hot tub or to retain heat

Can you secure the cover with bungie cords instead of the winch and cable? I'm not sure if there are enough grommets to attache a bungie to each post.

Yes you can use bungie cords. We use clamps and clamp them to the each post. Clamps are from Harbor Freight.

How long is the warranty?

Would check with the MFG for actual warrantee BUT we have two seasons with ours and looks like we will get one or two more seasons out of it.
