It's extremely cute and it was easy to assemble. I had a case before but it was very flimsy.This one has thicker plastic and it came with a little built in fan which you an decide if you want to use it or now but I would recommend it since it's a very low fan noise that you can barely hear.

For the retro gamer, this is the perfect raspberry pi emulation console case.Pros:- matches that classic "NES" look- very easy to installCons- not the best cooling, but it is acceptable (with a small closed case that is to be expected)

Was looking to get my kiddo into the games I liked as a kid. This looks great. Fan is kind of noisy, but that’s my only complaint.

bought this as a cheap case for my "le potato" fits it perfectly fine, minus the fact the ram heatsink it has is two small, and there is only one of them, but that is to be expected, because it is designed for a raspberry pi. the cpu heatsink, and fan work great. super easy to assemble. and even though the "le potato" has a different GPIO pinout than the pi, the fan only requires 5V power and a ground, so its super easy to wire up. definitely worth it for the price.

This is a nice case. This case doesn't have a power switch on it. Make sure to get a USB cable that has a power switch on it.

As others have mentioned, the case fits well onto a Le Potato with one exception, being the SD card. I took a hammer and a screwdriver and was able to break off the plastic pretty easily.Overall, it's a pretty fun case for the price.

Nice little case. To fit my Le Potato in it I had to cut down the support for the sd-card because of the Potato's slightly larger sd-card cage. This was easy with an exacto knife. The flap is a little cutesy but can be removed.Note: the gpio pins aren't exposed, nor is the IR sensor for the Le Potato. Both could be done with a little cutting.

Facile d’installer un raspberry pi 3 à l’intérieur, avec un ventilateur et une notice de montage bien illustré ( même si elle n’est pas en français, pas de problème pour la comprendre) et voilà, ma console retro gaming a vraiment l’air rétro.

Tengo una RPi3 a la que le he metido una tarjeta con una imagen preconfigurada de consolas retro, y estaba en otra carcasa, la típica transparente. Así que me decidí a darle un toque más retro comprando esta y dejándola ya colocada en la TV. Está muy bien y le da ese toque retro que pega con los juegos que tengo instalados. Es fácil de montar. Meter la placa en los soportes, atornillar, poner el ventilador y acoplar la parte superior. Viene con todo lo necesario para poder instalarla. Un pequeño destornillador, un stick gomoso pequeño para que el ventilador no haga ruido, disipadores para la placa y masilla. Así que todo bien. Yo los disipadores no los usé porque dejé el que ya tenía puesta la placa. Así que si quieres darle ese toque retro y recordar viejos tiempos no lo dudes.
