As with most of these coffee cup holders, the hooks are close enough together that odd shaped mugs don't make the cut. You will have to use less hooks. In addition, the "suction" piece on the back is completely useless. It doesn't suck. (See what I did there?) Because of that, the last hook creates too much weight and the rack is weighted down in the back. I took the last mug off the hook because it dropped too far down and the mug was too precariously placed. But it's not a lot of money and I am able to hold SOME mugs on it.

Well... I didn’t measure. My fault.Actually my cabinets have a lip that prevents them from sliding into place. :(I was trying to avoid screws that poke thru the bottom of the cabinet.In my initial ignorance I tried shoving it on and was surprised that it bent out of shape and seemed kinda thin flimsy metal.I guess if you had perfectly sized cabinets they might hold all your cups?I was also disappointed with the spacing between hooks. My mugs are fatties- and rounded so wide that you’d have to go every other hook to hang them up together.So bummed.

It doesn't matter what size coffee cup you own, you literally cannot hang a cup on each hook. So, the capacity is half.The hooks are so close together that I have to turn the handle of the cups to fit it into the hook a well.I'm not pleased.Bought some screw hooks and spaced them appropriately and I can hang twice as many.

Good product, easy to use and install.Just a few cons, we cannot fit more than 3 cups so the other hooks are useless and the space in between 2 hooks to slide in the mug is also not enough, might as well reduce one hook and increase spacing between them allowing faster placing and Removing of cups or Mugs. Also the suction at the end is of no use, it cannot hold the weight of 3 or even 1 mug and the end is hanging from the bottom. But overall the product is useful and helpful for sure. It just has room for improvement

You would have to use a very small coffee cups in order to use the space that is allowed between each of the hooks. I could only fit half the amount of cups and so it did not suit my purpose!

Works exactly as described. However, if you don’t want to put the screw in I wouldn’t recommend. If you don’t use the screw they slide too much and pull down from the cup weight. Also, the diameter of the cups make it impossible to use all ten hooks. I can use eight which is fine with me because I wanted it for eight cups.
