Good value for the money
Once you work out the functions it works very well.

So simple to use
I’ve used this to bypass the faulty control circuit in my campervan compressor fridge. It works perfectly, cools down to 4C, then switches off. Comes back on at 6C and cools down to 4C again, and so on. Easy to set up, just follow the instructions on the sale page.

Works well but lack of instructions
It’s a small unit and could do with being a bit bigger. Easy to wire up but not so easy to configure. I purchased it for heating control of a a PTC system. Once it gets to 40 I wanted the relay to switch off. Simple enough in theory, but difficult practically. I managed to sort it by just playing around with it over half an hour in the end.For £10 a budget, entry level unit that works well, just difficult to setup.

Wiring up the controller
After a shaky start due to total lack of instruction, I was about to give up when I found the attached diagram. Basically, I had just wired the 12v supply directly to VCC & GND which did supply the power for the controller. It allowed me to program everything etc. Try as I might, having connected my fridge vent fans directly to S1 & S2, I could not get the fans to work?I assumed, wrongly, that a ‘bridge’ was built into the PCB? Not the case, so wired like the schematic shows, had all up and running in no time! Very pleased overall, can’t comment on longevity of the unit but for the price, a good solution to help keep my fridge running efficiently. The manufacturer also has a website if you search this product description which has a lot more info on setting up all the parameters.

Needed a 12vdc digital thermostat with relay for my DIY filament dryer box. ✅
I already had everything I needed to complete a DIY filament dryer box, minus one digital thermostat, with the ability to switch 12v at 2mps. This little cheap and cheerful gizmo seem to suit my needs. I used it to switch a 12v 100w Peltier car heater.I found playing around with the unit revealed additional programming menus not documented. In fact the unit came with no wiring or programming instructions, however a little digging around on Google I soon found a fairly descriptive English manual in PDF format for model W3230, after which programming was easier, but still awkward to navigate using three sketchy buttons.Pro'sIt's a cheap solution, that once you've got your head around the secret menu, it's a fairly easy and useful digital thermostat. It can be set to operated between a wide range of temperatures. With selectable software based NO/NC operation from a SPST 12v relay.Although it's plastic housing initially appears somewhat flimsy and fragile, once mounted into a panel those vulnerabilities effectively disappear. I needed to maintain a steady enclosure temperature between 65~75 degrees, which it does so without issue.Con's:The status LED on my unit was misaligned with it's aperture, but was an easy fix.The screw terminals are not anchored to the circuit board, excess force can easily damage them. Conclusion: You get what you pay for, it does what it says in the listing.

Faulty
Faulty, look like they are turning on and off with temperature change but no current is supplied. When I returned through amazon I initially received a refund from but then they took the money back saying they they have not received them, not much I can do to chase up the amazon courier.
