So cute!
Love this toy. Love that the train runs on its own and also in the circular track or flat track. I do think this toy is better suited to an older kid. At 12 months, my son did not have the dexterity to line up the train on the track or the patience to just watch it go back and forth. He did love carrying it everywhere, but slammed it around enough times that it no longer works. Maybe I'll get him another one when he gets older.

Not a toddler toy.
Looks nice but very complicated to put together and not easy for a young child to use.

2 year old loved it.
This train is very cool and our 2 year old Grandson loved it. Easily his favorite toy. However, be aware that this thing is a bit annoying in the tune it plays over and over again. It went home with our grandson so that annoyance doesn't bother us.

The music is really irritating loud noise.
I had one of these from a few years ago with different train engine. The sound was just one train whistle and then a chugging sound. The preschoolers in my class loved this toy and it lasted for years until it got dropped into the sink. Loved it so much I ordered two more.... BUT this new model plays a really loud awful noise. Even the kids hate the sound. I am returning both and am very disappointed. There is NO WAY to turn off or down the sound.

Disappointing
We were so disappointed in this toy. It looked much bigger than what it truly is. We didn't even bother wasting batteries on this, just threw it in the old toy box.
