I bought this for my Mother for a gift for Mother's Day and had it shipped to me so I could load it with the SD card of the photos. No matter what setting you put it on it does not pull the photos in the order they are on the SD card. Also it freezes and shuts off randomly and produces error codes or blank screens. I have tried four different SD cards (all brand new) and that is not the issue. Extremely poor quality. Since I have no time to replace it and get it loaded and shipped to her I now have to send her a gift that doesn't work properly and she may not even be able to view half of the pictures loaded on it. This was a group effort with a lot of time and thought put into the images my sons and I selected and that was all for nothing. Extremely disappointed but can't return it since there is no time to get a replacement, load it and ship to her in time.

I was looking for a decent sized and affordable digital picture frame I wouldn’t be worried about keeping at work. Price was right and the picture quality from the menu on the frame seemed pretty good. But the positives ended there. There was no instructions for loading photos but being tech savvy enough it seemed I could use a cord to connect to my PC and go from there but there was no connection cord! Used my own that was compatible and the frame menu acknowledged the connection but wouldn’t allow any files to be loaded on the device since the removable drive was grayed out on my PC. Maybe I could have bought a flash drive to make it work but wasn’t worth it to try. Cant comment on actual picture quality obviously. Maybe this frame was a fluke but I’d recommend if you’re looking for user friendly, look elsewhere. If you’re up for a challenge then go for it if the price is still right.

I bought 6 of these as gifts, loaded 6 flash drives with over 500 pics and tested them out. It's just 3 steps once you unwrap the packaging. 1.Put on the frame kick stand, 2.plug it into an outlet and 3.insert a flash drive with pictures. Without pressing any buttons your photos should start to display one by one pausing each picture for about 5 seconds before showing the next. The buttons will allow you to go back or forward through the pics or even stop and display only that picture. This was a far more cost effective and efficient way to share a photo album with others. Better than a custom photo book because the pics are always on display. I highly recommend!

Bought this for my wife for Mother's Day, knowing she wanted a digital photo frame when we moved into our new house. We had some delays in our closing, so we are just moving everything in now. She was excited to program her digital photo frame. The frame is useless. Using an SD card, the first photo comes up and then it freezes for about a minute (even with the slideshow settings at 10 seconds per photo). After it freezes, the entire unit shuts off and the screen goes black. When it restarts on its own, the unit will not read the SD card anymore and it says "Disk error" and "No disk." This was a big deal for my wife, and I am beyond frustrated.

Waste of money and would not recommend for 2 reasons. 1. The screen orientation. From the product photos, you get the impression that you change the orientation of your photos on the device. You cannot. In fact when you change the orientation in settings to full screen, the photos actually get smaller and more narrow. Can barely be seen. 2. The photos can only be viewed on the device not stored on the device. You have to have a flash drive stuck in at all times. Totally not worth the money. No instructions provided.

This is a great frame, but is a little difficult if you are not familiar with technology. When we originally uploaded the pictures there was a 5-10 second black screen after every pictures. I figured out that your pictures had to be a certain size in order to get rid of the black screen. But otherwise easy to use.

I took a chance on buying this digital photo frame. I just put photos on an SD card and loaded them up. The photo frame will work as long as I don't use transitions. If I try to use transitions on random mode the photo frame will automatically shut down. Transitions make the pictures look way better. I am disappointed in this product. I don't know if it is just this one that is defective or if they all do this.

I love it. I use it for my bedroom cause I don’t have any wall space to hang pictures and this holds the ones I love to look at. Great gift also.
