It would be nice if it came with some sticky tape or something ...
Bought this so that my wife, who isn't used to parking in a garage, doesn't have to worry whether or not she pulled in far enough or too far. We decided to try this instead of the tennis ball on a string trick. The item comes as a single curb. The product has a quality hardened rubber feel to it an seems well constructed. It would be nice if it came with some sticky tape or something already applied, but it is heavy enough on the garage floor to do its job without any type of fastening, either with sticky tape or screwing it to the floor (it comes with two large, pre-drilled screw slots).

I like the look of having a parking patterned stop in ...
I decided to purchase this because I thought the hanging tennis ball contraption would look tacky in the garage. I like the look of having a parking patterned stop in my garage and it acts as a target as well when you are pulling in to park, but I actually have had it move on me a couple of times. It's not a big deal but definitely inconvenient to have to reset it in place from time to time.

Works good and easy to see.
I bought this to use in the car port for backing my pickup truck when I get home. I was using a brick before, but this is so much easier to see than a brick, especially after dark. I have not had any problem with it moving on the concrete, but if you have a truck, you better not go too fast or you might back over the top of it.

"Park-it" Teaches Your Car a Lesson on Where to Park
This is my third purchase of the "Park-it" for my three-car garage, having used the first one for over 4 years with hardly any wear. These are excellent for teaching your car(s) a lesson on where to park and, most importantly, when to stop! Stopping too early is as much a problem as stopping too late. You can easily smash the back of the car with the garage door, or run into some junk in the front without some guidance.AIthough the rubber tends to grip a cement garage floor, I still use a very gritty tape stuck to the floor that helps to keep the "Park-it" somewhat stationary. The tape is not included with the product. I balked at bolting them to the floor since you are likely to change items that you store near the car, requiring a different configuration. If you slow to a crawl as you approach the "Park-it", you'll feel the stop and barely move it, if at all. Every now and then you may want to replace the tape, if you decide to use the gritty tape. The "Park-it" also helps you to align the vehicle as you drive into the garage. With tight spaces and multiple cars, this can be a godsend keeping the cars apart in the best position. In over four years, the first one I bought looks almost new except for some wear on the reflective stripes. I only use one "Park-it" per vehicle, and this is satisfactory. If you have a Pep-Boys Supply in your area, you can save the shipping cost by going direct, although I bought one through Amazon for the very convenient door-to-door delivery.

So much better than a ball hanging from your ceiling to stop ...
So much better than a ball hanging from your ceiling to stop you from hitting the garage wall. You don't even have to attach them to the floor, they are heavy enough to stay in place.

Great for garages...
A great way to determine where to park your car in your garage.Just drop it where you want your wheel to stop. I prefer to buy two of them, but only one if needed.Be aware that it is easy to move by kicking it and it tends to crawl forward slowly over time. I solved that problem by putting painters tape around the correct spot. Then if I see that it has moved, I can easily moved it back to where it is supposed to be.
