Love this on steak and hamburgers. Have not tried it on other meats yet, but I am sure it would also be great. I have been using melted coconut oil for my mixture. It gives that smokey flavor that you usually need a real grill to achieve.

Takes the “gamey” taste out of deer meat.
I used the mesquite flavored marinade for a deer steak to take the gamey taste out of it and to add some flavor to it. Maybe I let it soak a little too long, 3 hours. It gave it a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Not bad but a little too strong for my preference. I will try the others but maybe not let the steak sit in the marinade quite so long. You add 1/3 cup each of water and oil and mix in the contents of the packet and it is just the right amount for a good sized steak.

McCormick Mesquite Marinade is a Winner
I absolutely love this product. I couldn't find it in my local store. I have marinated chicken overnight and cooked it in the air fryer and it was chef's kiss.

I use this on beef roast in my smoker.. absolutely delicious and amazing every time!!

Great Marinade
Great Marinade This is an easy marinade to make. My family and friends love the flavor. I always marinade the chicken breasts for at least 2 hours. Grilling is easy. You can’t go wrong with this one. We make a green vegetable and a cold pasta salad for a side.
