Cheaply Made & Not Worth The Hassle of Assembly
Extremely disappointed in this purchase. Hutch is very flimsy and could hardly be put together without destroying the cheap wood it's made out of. You cannot open the top roof portion or the front mesh door without the aluminum hinges ripping right out of the wood paneling. It's not worth the price & didn't even make it through one hatching season on a working farm. It ended up in our burn pile after one month & multiple repairs to reinforce the hutch. Shop around or build your own!

but it was very easy to put together
The whole thing is very cheaply made, a couple things weren't lined up right or were broken from the factory, but it was very easy to put together. But seriously, no pilot holes?I bought this as an inside coop for pet chickens, and it works great for that purpose for these reasons:1) It's pretty nice looking.2) The tray is totally enclosed, so dogs can't dig in it.3) I seriously doubt it would still be standing after being rained on. Seriously - it's surprisingly flimsy.

Great in a pinch
Okay coop that could last a year or two if you take care of it. I would suggest you grease the lid hinges attached to butterfly screws or the hinge will pull out of lid. Otherwise, easy to put together, wife did alone in an hour. But not heavy duty. Chinese fir is apparently similar to balsa wood. But coop works fine.

It was easy to put together but I TOOK MY TIME and ...
It will last for the season to carry our 5 baby chicks until its time to add them to the adults. It was easy to put together but I TOOK MY TIME and did pre-drill. Its the quality you can expect for 100$... its not perfect by any means, but its also not an 800$ coop.

Leg was split
It is easy to put together but made of cheap thin wood, after I got part of it together, I noticed one of the legs was split from a screw from the factory that someone haphazardly put into the leg. Too late to send it back, box was ripped and partly put together so now I have to figure something out for the leg. Have to figure out some kind of brace. A lot of money for something very cheap and broken

Cheaply made
Wood is so cheap that the front door which opens forward, fell apart and will no longer close. Used it only about 5 days to house a sick hen and already it is going to the burn pile. Not worth the money spent!

Great product
This is so easy to put together, I am 62 year old female and had it together in no time at all. Our baby chicks love it. Easy to clean.

Love it
It’s perfect for my baby chicks, plenty of room, very spacious ! My chicks are 2wks and it’s awesome. It’s good for a brooder coop. It’s made ok. It should last for a while. I don’t recommend putting it outside inless it’s covered or weather protected. But again perfect for a brooder coop. And very easy to build.
