Initially impressions

Just received the Lyon. It weighs 3 pound lighter than my other official RyanAir carry on and has backpack straps. Worry a little that the width is 15 inches when I thought the limit was 14. Don’t like that I feel the handle bar digging into my back when I weighed it down. But I will stuff a clothing item there as I can access it under the TSA zipper. Anyway , I only want the straps for special situations like stairs or cobblestone streets. Another worry is the unprotected way the bag wraps around the bottom plaster shelf in the front as I think one good slam will cut in so hope I am never forced to bag it.But I looked a long time and found nothing better when considering the weight.
