No response from bark after several emails asking wat psi to inflate boat it states do not over inflate but doesn't say wat to inflate to their is no back up

Broken oarlocks BT290.
When i got this back in January or so as a gift I thought fantastic. I've only used is a few time as a tender boat out to my sail boat this summer and both oarlocks are broken... I've tried several avenues to try to contact BARK to have these fixed, either by there warranty site and by email for the past week, STILL NO REPLY... I'm hoping this way may cause a reaction.JG.
