What I really like about this doorbell camera from other named brands is that this is truly wireless with removable battery, unlimited chimes that can be paired with it and ability to connect to wifi from a 100 ft away but quite affordable at the same time without any monthly subscription. My wife wanted a doorbell camera especially for my daughters friends who come around through out the day to talk to them or invite them for playing, at the same time, we get a lot of dings from delivery men to let us know they left a package outside. This helps me to deal with these folks appropriately without running to the door constantly while in the middle of an office meeting.Now, coming to the installation, first of all, I have no idea of the wiring of existing doorbell works so I just want an easy wireless installation. Plus, I want to keep my existing doorbell as a backup especially when you run into connectivity issues. So, I installed it just above my existing doorbell. It's also high enough to see faces of people of all heights.The camera is of high definition, connects to wifi quickly, and the app pairing process only took minutes. I like that most cameras like these use the standard app so you can easily pair multiple of these without having to use individual apps. DO CHARGE the battery overnight before installing and so far, its 1 week and the battery is at 90% and I get 15 to 20 alerts everyday. It alerts when the battery is below say 15% so you know when to charge it again. Because of this, I left my old doorbell under these circumstances.The night vision is decent and the motion detection is also good. Sometimes, I do get alerts few minutes after but this only happened when I was outside and my phone was on cellular connection. But, when I am on wifi, the alerts were near instantaneous. There is also SD card that records these encounters but I am yet to have to read these but happy to know it exists. Overall, affordable and pretty decent and truly wireless doorbell option I recommend you to consider

I bought this handy tool to use for notifying me when customers arrived for a corn maze that I was running. I mounted this on a 4x4 post with a sign to ring when you arrive. Because it was battery powered, I didn't have to worry about power. It is not well lit out there, but the night vision on this device is great. I connected the wireless to a 4g hot spot. Then wherever I was, I would get notified when someone arrived and could communicate with them. It records video on the SD card, saving network bandwidth but still providing me that ability to watch the video.This device looks a bit rugged, which is good for what I was using it for. Comparing it to Ring doorbells I had installed for friends, this is definitely a bit more heavy duty, but not as sleek looking. If there was one area that it may not fare as well to competition, that would be it. However, that didn't matter to me and the technology with this thing matches toe to toe with any other brand I have tried.Overall, the quality of technology and performance you get with this device is a really great deal. If you have a fancy home and you are looking for a fancy doorbell to match, there may be better options for you out there. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would buy again.

Seems pretty good so far. I love how loud the door bell cam get from the inside so that my entire household responds to it. Its a nice feature just for the ability to set the bell elsewhere.The mounting process was fairly straightforward with all sorts of adhesives and mounting screws included. It even includes hard wiring of the power for the bell camera since it is battery powered. I'll check back later to test their claims of the long battery life.The picture quality seems to be pretty good as well. Not quite super HD like we're used to with TVs and whatnot but it gets the job done. I can for the most part tell facial features and their way of dress via the app.Night vision isn't a big problem as well, again, nothing fantastic but good enough for this price rangeI'm just loving the ability to monitor my front door at any time along with the motion detection alerts at the palm of my hands. Its been a real convenience with this pandemic and working from home. This is a solid wireless doorbell cam combo that I wasn't expecting but pleasantly surprised with

This is, surprisingly, a well built device for the price. The video and audio quality are comparable to the more expensive doorbells. The motion sensor works (see below).It's easy to install and I love the feature where I can easily remove it from the housing to recharge the batteries. It also has the capability of being hardwired, however, I'm not using that.The SD card slot is easily accessible. This is important as the app does not come with Cloud Storage. Please check pricing for that if that is important to you.The app shows the battery level and the quality of WiFi signal. It guided me well through the installation process and determined the WiFi signal strength prior to installation. When motion is detected, the takes a snapshot not a video and sends a push notification. That should not be an issue unless the app drains your phone battery.

The battery does not hold a charge at all. Just depleted it’s source and would not increase it’s a charge. The picture at night is not so good but the daytime is beautiful! Motion has a mind of its own and pics and chosen what it wants to detect. I contacted the seller for an exchange and they quickly sent a replacement which was also defective and would not refund me for the camera!!! I had to call Amazon 2 months later to finally get the refund done which should not have happened!!! Disappointing and I will not use this seller again for the inconvenience and hassle that they have caused!!
