Loropetalum Chinense "Plum Delight" ... Gallon

I was cautious about buying after reading the reviews but I was desperate bc I can't find this particular Lorapatelum anywhere. Locally , the nurseries only have dwarf, deep purple Every. Single. Year. I really needed this one to fill in an empty space in my already established hedges. I allowed her to acclimate above ground in the space she would inhabit for 2 days. She began to droop by then despite the rain and moisture she received. I was nervous, but I also know it happens going from the nursery to dark packaging to her new home. When I put her in the ground she bounced back right away and is growing well with her new family! I'm extremely excited and can't wait for her to establish and grow in.She was packaged well. The soil around her was packed well and didn't spill out to expose the roots. Overall, it was a great experience and if I ever need another one I know where to go!

I watered as soon as they arrived. Was planted 2 days after delivery. Perfect spot for the plants, within 1 month the plants were nothing more than dried up little twigs. First time that a living plant I have purchased on line did not make it.
