Yes, it does hurt. But you will get used to it and it reduces the waist by a lot of inches. It will also speed up digestion, help with bloating and everything else. In the beginning you will get bruises from the nobs but they will go away and your skin gets so tight and firm that the bruising will not continue. It’s my holy grail for getting rid of belly fat without surgery or excessive exercising.

Can't use this product. The prongs are very uncomfortable and they hurt. I don't want to wrap myself in clothing in order not to feel pain while I am working out. I like to wear loose clothing which is not possible with this item or you will have extensive bruising.

Der Massage Hula Hoop ist am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und verursacht auf der Haut Rötungen und z.T. blaue Flecken aber das ist nur am Anfang. Bei regelmässigem Gebrauch merkt man eine Verbesserung des Hautbildes. Das Gewicht ist optimal.
