Upright Freezer
Almost impossible to find a freezer since the pandemic. Couldn't find one within a 100 miles. Went on line, found this one, ordered it ,the merchant shipped it to my door. Great freezer😍

Sent the wrong model with defective door and cannot get it replaced
I got this freezer in January. Within a month or two, I noticed frost build up along the bottom of the door. At first, I thought maybe something was keeping it from closing tight. I kind of let it go, it wasn't too bad and I didn't think about it much. Then I realized it was getting a bigger and bigger build up even though I made sure the door was closed all the way. Then noticed the top of the door getting frost. I contacted Frigidaire/Electrolux May 27, 2021. They contacted Appliance Hospital who sent a technician out June 10. He said the door was malformed and this was common for this model. Therefore, he ordered the door. 2 months later Aug 11 they said the door was in, by email, and to go to their website and setup a return appt. Well their website didn't work so I called and the soonest they would come out was 6 weeks later Sept 21! On that day, I waited for the technician all day and another email said they were in route to my home. I called later because he wasn't there later in the day. The tech said the door was badly dented and they would need to send it back and get another one. It had to be manufactured, again. No one bothered to check the door from Aug 11 to Sept 21. It looked like it was snowing in my freezer the past couple weeks and then a clicking noise, now about $300 of food was destroyed as it has stopped freezing anything. I feel I have been pretty patient but during all this messing around I finally noticed that the freezer on my order was not the same as the freezer I received, different model numbers. The one I received had been discontinued. I had to stuff my little chest freezer full and the freezers of my two refrigerators, of what I could save from the freezer. The bottom two shelves happen to have large blocks of ice sitting on them so not everything on those two bottom shelves thawed completely.This is Nov 1, 2021 and no ETA on when or if a new door is coming. I really am not happy and I have serious doubts that anyone is going to make this right.

So far so good. It’s cold and quiet with lots of room. I’m waiting for my next electric bill to see how much more it is. I

Hot garbage. Do not buy this freezer and do not use this vendor.
After waiting for 3 months for this freezer to arrive we put it to use storing our side of beef. We lost half of the beef when the frost free design froze and failed to circulate the cool air. The inside of our freezer looked like a horror movie. I removed the meat and salvaged what I could. We defrosted the freezer and cleaned out all the blood. We put only a small amount of meat back into the freezer when it appeared to have been working correctly. Now, our shelves are thawing in rapid succession. Amazon's return policy does not cover an item that was shipped months ago and yet, did not arrive until mid-December. So, I am left with a crappy online freezer purchase. I will never buy an appliance from Amazon again. If it was a local store, I would have already loaded it into my truck and dumped it off at the store; refund or not. Now I have to pay to have it disposed of at the dump.

I have my new freezer on my carport and haven't had the chance to get it in my house with help. I'm sure its going to be a great one,

INEFFIECIENT FREEZER
I purchased the Frigidaire freezer in 2020. I had it repaired in 2021 and it took almost 2 months for the part to come in. It went down again sometime at the end of January 2022. All food was lost both times. I can't seem to get my money back. They want to repair it again, but who wants to go through that food loss, especially with inflation and the risen cost of items. It was recommended for me to go through my Homeowner's insurance, but that is not fair to me as a consumer because the product is defective. Now I am in the process with Frigidaire to try to get reimbursed for the food and that is not a guarantee. Do not purchase this item. With this experience I will no longer purchase Frigidaire appliances.
