Really disappointed with this product, it does help reduce cross contamination but at the cost of ruining the cooking of the pizza.- Stops cross contamination- Reusable- Easy to clean- Keeps oven clean- Stuck to the top of the pizza- Stopped the pizza browningWe are lucky enough to not have anyone in the family with any gluten intolerances but our son is lactose intolerant so we thought this would be useful to help stop cross contamination with cheese. When this arrived I was pretty happy with the packaging and first impressions of the product where good, the bag is nice and thick which helps alleviate any concerns that it will rip or tear.The bag is slightly see through which is nice as you can see the pizza through the bag, and it does make pitting it into the oven nice and easy. So then comes to the cooking which is where this product really lets down. The pizza took about twice as long as normal to get to a point where I would consider it cooked, but then even at that point the top of the pizza was completely stuck to the top of the bag and I had to peel it off. The worst part is that there was no colour to the pizza, the base was still white and there was no colour to the top.After a while I realised that the pizza was not going to brown off nicely inside the bag so we ended up taking it out of the bag and finishing in the oven with the bag, this still avoided cross contamination as the other pizzas were cooked and out of the oven long before this one was out of the bag. CELI&GO Pizza Bag: These are basically the same as the toasted sandwich bags made for use in a toaster. They safely tolerate hot temperatures (although not open flames - so be careful when using a gas oven) and allow for very “tidy” cooking. Obviously this is quite a lot larger and easily accommodates a 12inch Pizza.I’ve had a couple of attempts at using this, first time I cooked the pizza according to the cooking instructions, while definitely cooked, it lacked some of the aesthetics of a regular oven baked pizza, based on the fact that the toaster bags do brown bread in the toaster on my second attempt I increased the oven temp a little and ensured that the a Pizza bag stayed open to allow the hot air to circulate - better outcome.The bag is definitely non stick, the Pizza doesn’t lose any topping and Slides out easily, it certainly saves picking off the baked on cheese that drips onto the bottom of the oven and racks, the bag absorbs some of the grease as it stains, but washes well although a little difficult to get properly dry and tricky to turn inside out.The bag would certainly prevent cross contamination, so Possibly good those with allergies to allow cooking at the same time. However on reflection not sure this is something I’d regularly use, it’s fine and does the job but think it over complicates an otherwise simple process.

This bag is a very good option for people with allergies or intolerances as it helps avoid food contamination. It can fit an average pizza as I tried baking a store bought one and it fit in the bag perfectly. It baked pretty well in the bag but the base was not crispy enough so I took it out and placed it on top of the bag for a few more minutes so it would bake properly and it was great after that. After baking, the bag was quite greasy so I soaked it in soap water and rinsed it, both inside and outside, then let it dry. It is still a bit stained but it doesn't feel greasy anymore. It has a limited number of uses, but so far it's been working really well. I personally think it does a better job reheating baked goods rather than cooking them, but it works either way. It can be folded so you can easily carry it with you and use it in public places where you may need to heat up food. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to keep their food away from allergens and bacteria.

I wanted to try the pizza bag as often bits of pizza drip in the oven making a mess to clean.The pizza bag prevented the drips and the pizza slid in and out of the bag with ease.The bag was hand washed as I fail to see how you can ensure the inside is cleaned in a dish washer or how you could prevent it from being flung around.I washed it with washing up liquid and then with a spray to remove grease.The bag itself feels clean to the touch but has retained the grease stain and I don't seem to be able to remove that.The pizza was cooked but was soft melted cheese and not crispy. The pizza base was nicely cooked. I personally like the pizza to be crispier so I don't think this is for me but it does work.I think it seems quite pricey for what it is but perhaps if it's needed for medical reasons it is worth it.

I never heard such baking bag at all so wasn't sure what to expect. It looks like nylon but obviously not. Tried out with a pizza, usually when baking pizza without covering up the pizza can be overheated with the burn on the side of the cheese taste a little chewy. I am extremely happy with the result of the baked pizza when baked with the bag. The pizza baked evenly without over baked. It is next best to using foil. Apart from pizza, you can use to reheat other food items. This bag can be reused 50 times and washable. Perhaps the only downside is after washing it looks like an old wrinkly bag. Apart from that am very happy with this product and would recommend using this bag for heating up certain food. Good purchase, recommended!

This is a great idea for people who need to go gluten free in an otherwise gluten eating household.It really does protect well against cross contamination.My only gripe with this is their definition of medium pizza. It is quite a small bag for what I would consider medium.Make sure you check the sizes for the kind of pizza you make.Easy to use and it does what it says on the tin.
