Great for maintenance
I use it for sanitizing our washing machine every once in a while. It works great and the machine smells clean after.

Excellent at removing buildup and odor
Works better than other cleaners to break down drum scum. Odor problem has dissipated. Sometimes the powder leaks from the packaging but not significantly.

Did a pretty good job, but not like the rave reviews
The machine was downright much cleaner, but the advertisements and rave reviews made it sound like it would like new clean. Maybe it really needed the cleaning, and it's gonna need another cleaning? I dunno, it's improved, and I'll take it. The really slow shipping didn't impress me though.

It's a wonderful product but all the directions were in French so I had to look online for the proper way to use it.

One of the best
I tried many washers cleaners and this has to be one of the best. Just make sure to use hot water (60 degrees) and run the washer for 2-3 times. Great for someone who does their laundry often or who uses older washer. Once or twice a month and you are golden.
