Honest review from a mother
This monitor is good for what it is used for. BUT, if you are a mom looking at this monitor, here are some things you should know before you purchase.- There is no Vox or Eco mode on this monitor. When the screen turns off, it will not turn back on until the “sound alarm” goes off. Which is an alarm and it is loud. You will hear the sound all night but have to actually click to get the picture.-When in night vision and the screen goes off, when you turn it back on, it has to refocus in night vision. Which is not a problem until you learn that when the actual camera switches to night vision, it makes a clicking noise.-The sound alarm is an ACTUAL alarm that goes off when desired sensitivity sound is reached. There is no way to turn down the sound of this alarm or to only set it for the screen to wake up without the alarm. You have to press “ok” to turn off this alarm. Yes, even in the middle of the night you have to reach over to turn off this alarm. You can fully shut the alarm off, but nothing else will notify or turn on the monitor if baby makes a sound or cries.-Picture is clear and decent.-Pan is WONDERFUL. I can see the whole room with the pan on this camera.-Button are loud. They are not soft click. You can HEAR when you click a button.-Sound seems muffled to me but that could always just be my monitor. Kinda sounds like my sons sound machine is underwater.-This monitor comes with a date and time on it, which is great if you take a shower and can see what time your child fell asleep or whatever.-Screen is HUGE and that I love. Those are just some things I noticed about this monitor. I will probably keep it but honestly, I should have bought the cheaper, little bit smaller screen, model of this monitor for $70ish that has a vox mode (which you will come to love) instead of spending the extra money on a monitor I thought should have been better. The monitor is great but the missing vox mode was a deal breaker for me. (I know I should have checked before hand lmao).

Fantastic monitor. Worth the price.
This camera has so far been fantastic. A few reasons I like it:The monitor uses USB-C for power. There's plenty of places I can plug in the monitor since the charger cord is a standard type so I can just bring this anywhere in my home and plug it in.It also has a really long-lasting battery on the monitor, and to achieve that it doesn't mean turning off the screen (other monitors will turn off the screen and go audio-only when off the charger). The video quality and night vision on the camera are excellent. I also find the PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) very useful, at least for the pan and tilt. The zoom is a digital zoom that just cuts resolution and fills up the screen with the center. The zoom is therefore worthless.Overall the camera seems well constructed. However, the it doesn't have an easy way to hang it on a nail like other cameras. It does have a female threaded base but it doesn't fit a standard camera tripod/ light / speaker thread mount. It's too small for that, which is a shame as that would be very useful. The alarm systems are annoying more than useful. Its noise alarm is too sensitive and I don't trust the thermometer system anyways.Signal strength is fantastic. The UI is just okay, it's one of these style that's kind of roughly put together. There's an overlay for volume and brightness access with "shortcut" and there's additionally a menu for settings. Why isn't it all in the menu? Who knows. The talk back I've found to be not that useful but it's there, so that's something. One of the best things is that it's pretty high resolution for a wireless camera that isn't using wifi. The wifi ones are usually frustrating to set up and many of them round trip to server who-knows-where and need an app on your phone. They also have much higher latency, sometimes on the order of 30 seconds. As a privacy-concerned engineer I'd much rather keep always-on video of my baby's room confined to radio waves inside my house, not send it into the internet. This device is more secure in that way. That's how I'd sum it up.

Overall good video montior
I'm writing this 11 months after ordering this video monitor. The night vision is pretty awesome. Not crystal clear, but better than other video monitors I've used. The volume works great! Turned down to the first line is still pretty loud. I love that it tells the temperature. Our room can get really cold in the winter and really hot in the summer, so it's important for us to know the temperature. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't stay charged very long. I can take it off the charger and it's down to 1 bar about 10 minutes later. It's not off the charger that much. Only when it's not being used and when it's not being used, it's turned off. It's also hard to find the kind of battery it takes.

Worth it
Absolutely worth the money 💰 I really like it because I can clearly see my kids at any time of the day without any issues. The thing I DONT like is that I can’t hear a sound that goes on; on the other side 👎🏻 I was able to figure out how to turn on the sound neither did my husband which is very disappointing 🙁 other than that I really love this monitor. Being able to control the monitor from the screen is awesome I can see the surroundings perfectly clear without being present.

Product doesn’t last. No customer service.
Worked as intended for about 5 months and now it no longer charges. Tried different cords and the charging port is very finicky. I gave up.Customer service has not been helpful. They only respond by email. i emailed multiple times, and then ghosted once I tell them the model of the camera. I’ve been trying to resolve the issue for weeks, but time to throw in the towel. Avoid product and brand altogether.
