I got this refill as a backup to replace the one in my A5 leather journal. It fit perfectly, even though this isn't the brand that I was supposed to use.The covers were nice and thick cardboard. Feels like it will be thick enough to protect the inside nicely, even if you were using this as a stand-alone journal.The pages felt very thick and well made. I haven't tried it yet, but I suspect they will be great for all kinds of writing tools. I use gel pens often for journaling, so I'm excited to find out for sure.Finally, my favorite part, the binding. It's very easy for journals like this to feel like the pages are going to rip out as you write in it. I don't have that feeling at all with this product. It feels like all the pages will stay bound together very nicely and in great shape to write in no matter what page you're on.The journal lays flat, which is one of the main reasons I wanted it, and I'm not disappointed.Very high-quality product for a decent price. I will absolutely be ordering more once I'm in need. Though it won't be for a long time :)

Il prodotto è arrivato in tempi record, sigillato in pellicola. Il colore della carta è molto bello, la copertina è resistente, ma mi vedo costretta a dare un voto basso, perché le pagine sono fragilissime (si strappano anche con un normale pezzo di washi tape) e praticamente trasparenti. Peccato, perché lo avevo acquistato proprio perché la descrizione diceva che resiste a qualsiasi tipo di inchiostro e perfino all'acquerello, quando in realtà non resiste né all'inchiostro più leggero (non senza lasciarlo trasparire nella pagina successiva) né alla pittura acrilica asciutta.Peccato, perché esteticamente è bellissimo. Mi consola il fatto che (da descrizione) una parte del ricavato vada in beneficenza.

Esperaba un cuaderno con un papel más tipo reciclado de verdad, con textura. Este papel es muy liso, no parece en absoluto reciclado artesanalmente.El color es muy bonito, crema.La hoja es también muy fina, de gramaje 90 o 100 como mucho; no creo que permita mucho más que lápiz o bolígrafo normal.Es muy fino, lleva 120 hojas.Yo esperaba un papel que fuera más artesanal, con algo de textura por ser reciclado, de hoja más gruesa, no tan liso.No voy a devolverlo, pero me parece caro para lo que ofrece. Obviamente no lo volveré a comprar.

I bought this as a notebook on its own without the leather cover and I'm happy to say that it works very well! I was able to draw my own design on the cover which was fun. The paper quality is good and comfortable to write on, I love that there is plenty of pages to write on, so it won't be running out too quickly, and that the size is just big enough without being too big to fit in my bag.
