BMW Ultimate Driving Machine License Plate Frame, Made from high-Polished Stainless Steel (Looks Like Chrome, with The Durability of Stainless Steel).

This arrived nicely packaged from BMW and, while it does not come with screws, it does come with protective caps to cover the screws you use, which gives a nice look once installed. It also has rear rubber spaces, although I've never needed to use them.The cover pieces are fragile, however, so be careful in handling/installing them, since the small "hinge" connection can easily break. Once installed they hold up great, but they are vulnerable to breakage when putting them on, if you stress the connection point between the cap and the cap housing.This is actually a replacement plate frame for an exact same one I already had, that got some scrapes on it. I did break one of the connector hinges on one of the screw covers, on that plate frame, when I installed it, but the cover still snapped into place, over the screw, and it never fell out in over a year of driving so, even if one of the hinge pieces does break, the cover piece will still work.Since I use the special BMW front mount (into the tow hook) to avoid drilling holes in my bumper, that mounting kit comes with a full set of screws, so it was fine that this plate frame doesn't have them.As I say, I had this product for over a year and a half after getting my 135i, and it always looked brand new after each washing. My idiot self managed to scrape it up in a parking garage (long story) which is the only reason I now replaced it, and I was so happy with that one, that I definitely wanted the same one, since it looks great, fits great, and of course announces BMW's slogan -- which is a rare truth in the marketing world, given that this, truly, is the ultimate driving machine.A great plate frame for any BMW enthusiast!Highly recommend!

A nice BMW factory accessory. Has all the hardware you need to install it. Screw covers are a nice touch. Fitting motto for my '13 328i Sport 6 Speed Manual.

The good: This stainless steel license plate holder is a an excellent enhancement to my BMW X5. The build quality is solid. The four screw caps are very well made too. Very solid construction.The bad: It is perhaps a bit pricey for just one piece.Note: Four mounting screw are not included. This is not necessarily a bad thing as they may not fit anyways.I would high recommand this product to another BMW owner. I know I'll buy one more for the rear of my X5.

This "holder" is made for American made plate holes. Does not mount on BMW directly. Not suitable for my needs, just another cheap plate holder. Not sure it will last long, but looks nice on a car.

My husband bought a used BMW last fall and he is in love with it. So I knew the best gift for Christmas would be something for his new baby. The product is very nice, has some heft to it and looks great on the car. The only issue is that it was missing 2 screws. He put it on anyway and it looks fine. One of these days, he'll make it to the hardware store and get more screws.

I bought my car used and the rear license plate did not have a frame. It works perfectly, easy to install, and it looks great. Very happy with the purchase.

Good looking frame but the metal is quite thin. Not as solid as others I have purchased in the past

This product arrived on time and was very good quality, just as stated. I have ordered others in the past and this one is by far a better quality. So far no complaints.
