Quality multi-vitamin supplement at a good price. The formulation is pretty comparable to similar Men 50+ supplements. In comparison to the major national brand 50+ Men multi-vitamin I was using, this has a higher percentage of daily values of elements like zinc, magnesium, copper and more. The tablet is slightly smaller than more well-known major and store brands and is easy to swallow. With a history of stomach issues, I always try to find supplements that are gentle on the stomach. So far, they have not caused any stomach irritation for me. There is no unpleasant smell or taste. This is my second Bronson One brand supplement purchase, and this Men's 50+ Complete shares the same high-quality. The supplement is GMO-free. While it is not applicable to me, the formulation is gluten and soy-free which is nice for anyone with those allergies. You receive 90 tablets and a good price point. It's a good value for the money.
