This product is the best to remove carpet stains

I had very soft new carpeting installed. I contacted the manufacturer to find out what spot remover to use in the event of spots and this was recommended.

Rating this a five as it lives up to its claims removes spots with ease even some stains that we've had for a while in the carpet. After purchasing this product I noticed they offered a professional grade by the same name. I got that and found that the chemical smell with the professional grade was very potent in the home and lasted for several days. So I'm switching back to this one because although both Spot Shot products in remove stains really well, this non professional grade product does not have a smell associated with it.

I had two stains in my carpet what were significant enough to where I was contemplating replacement of the carpet. One stain was from the entire contents of a spilled cup of coffee and another was a blood stain about the size of a plate. I had tried the common methods to remove both, which might have helped maybe 50%, including the commercial products and the home remedies on the internet as well as scrubbing and brushing. It's been years since I've been inspired enough to leave a review, but this surpassed my expectations. Your can still see where both stains were, but it's not noticeable to the casual eye and probably delayed the need for carpet replacements. I'm hoping it might help others with similar issues.

Great for outside & inside carpet spots

I used to lay carpet and if any of the crew would track in something onto the new carpet, this stuff would get it out 98% of the time. I also used it on a white blouse where someone accidentally spilled wine on it, and it took that stain out without having to bleach the blouse. Be sure to follow the instructions and have an old towel to lift the stain. I've used this for many years and recommend it to anyone who has carpet.

this gets engine grease out of light colored carpet. (don't ask). great for coffee stains on car interior carpets. has removed stains over a year old. a tiny bit expensive but worth it. i bought a spray can and it came intact. no spillage or leaks. stains appear and this makes them disappear. follow instruction and it is very easy to use. does not have a strong scent while using but goes away quickly. can is bright and its appearance makes it easy to find when under the sink
