Klein Tools44033 Pocket Knife with 2-1/4-Inch Drop Point Blade

I'm on my 3rd one of these 44034 Klein pocket knifes. The first one I carried for more than 20 years and it looked as good at 20 years old as it did when new, and functioned perfectly. I'm on my 3rd one only because the first two were lost/misplaced. What I like best is it is slim, and the edges of the handle are softened/rounded edges, which makes it ultra comfortable to carry in a back pocket daily. The rosewood insets have been amazingly durable and through all kinds of abuse, while staying intact and unscathed by a lot of use. There are certainly higher quality types of blade steel that you can get on from other brands, but the blade is of very good quality, hold an edge well, are easy to sharpen, and I never broke a tip or bent it. It's a very well machined/made knife that makes a great daily carry pocket knife. I own several other great (and much more expensive) pocket knives, but this one is the one I carry and use 90% of the time. I'm thrilled I can still get the exact same knife through 25+ years. I've purchased a few over the years as gifts, too. I find it a quite elegant looking design, too.

Years ago I carried one of these for a long time. Unfortunately it was stolen out of my checked luggage when we flew to the west coast. These are nice knives and fit in your pocket nicely, thin so not uncomfortable. They arrive very sharp, I only gave it a few passes on a strop and good to go. Pay attention to the size description, the 1 5/8” one is very small and if you have large hands it can be a challenge to open and lose. Don’t hesitate it is a Klein!

This knife was a very pleasant surprise that surpassed expectations. The overall quality is outstanding. Nicely weighted. Heavy duty blade and excellent locking mechanism. One of the sharpest pocket knives I have purchased. The wood inlay really sets it apart. Would buy again and recommend to family and friends.

Had this knife for awhile now and absolutely love it. Knife came from the factory in beautiful condition. Is very well made. The wood inlay only looks better as it ages. Extremely shar[ on both the edge & the point. Holds an edge extremely well. Thought I'd lost it once and ordered another one that night. Of course, I found mine the next day, so now I have 2. Thought about sending the second one to my Grandson as a gift, but I think I'll keep it, just in case. I'll be ordering another one to send to him. This is the kind of pocket knife that gets handed down through the family, their that nice.

I had the smaller version of this knife as a kid and it was given to me from my uncle who actually found it metal detecting. I found this knife on Amazon and to my surprise it looked the exact same as the one I had. I ordered the bigger size one love it! It’s nice and flat and not heavy so it’s a great pocket knife. I don’t mind that it doesn’t have a clip, the handle is nice and smooth and flat so I like that. It came razor sharp with a really nice edge too. I’m really happy with this knife and plan to carry it with me daily.

Best all around knife I have ever owned. You will not sharpen this knife with a stone the only way I have found to sharpen this knife is with a diamond sharpener and follow up with leather strap. Will shave and cut cardboard still hold edge. This is a good one.

I have had this knife in my pocket for 30 years and it is the only one that I will carry. Big enough to do most of the things that I need but small enough to not bulge in my pocket!!!

Excelente navaja, en nada decepciona. Es un tamaño ideal para el bolsillo y además la hoja bloqueable tiene un filo magnífico. Quedé muy satisfecho y se ve que va a durar los años conmigo

Esta navaja definitivamente muy buena por su tamaño y grosor de la hoja. la calidad del acero se refleja en el excelente y durable filo. El detalle en madera palo de rosa le da un toque de elegancia.
