Diets don't only need will-power, they need motivation. I generally eat a healthy whole food vegetarian diet, don't have cravings and exercise regularly. Only gain weight on vacation but then can't lose it when I get home. Cut my portions in half and increased exercise but couldn't lose any weight and just felt hungry and miserable all the time. Had an old bottle of this and tried it and was able to lose a couple of pounds - but still felt hungry all the time. Ordered some more and have had similar results. Still feel hungry and miserable all the time but at least I am losing a little bit of weight. Doesn't reduce my appetite/hunger but I am seeing results now. Seems like the old version had some different ingredients that worked a bit better with a smaller dose but don't see a version that has those same ingredients.

It’s not what did not work

Have used before- seems to help with cravings but I had to cut dose in half because of jitters. It still works though and for a bonus I don't need a nap! LOL

Almost done with the first bottle, it didn't help with weight loss and I eat pretty decent on most days. I also felt like it made me crave more sweets idk if that is a fact but I had been doing perfectly fine before I started taking them and noticed me wanting sweets after I started on these
