VERY well made, and well worth the expense. Good value.
Excellent quality manufacturing to say the least. The instructions are minimal, but if you're reasonably mechanical and reasonably strong, you can hold it up while installing it yourself. I bought it for a relatively small 32" TV which was really overkill, but due to a unique location requirement I have, I needed the 32" "reach" it gave that the shorter, lighter units the web didn't offer (typically 18"-24" max). I can say with confidence that it could easily support a TV MUCH larger than the one I have on it, as indicated in the specs. Whatever it lacks in directions, it well makes up for in hardware. There's enough to start a small hardware store, even if you install as directed. Enough for any reasonable field decisions/modifications. Regarding the directions (such as they are), one thing I caught was that the instructions tell you to drill 5/16" holes if you're going to install in concrete block. There's no way you could fit/use the 3/8" (0D) plastic anchors (awesome anchors by the way)that are included unless you drill a 3/8" hole (which I did after I test fitted the anchor on the 1st hole). Fortunately, I have a set of several masonry bits because I can imagine someone buying it and reading the directions which say you need a 5/16" for a concrete install then going out and getting just that one just for the install, and then not having what you need. Another got-ya is that the layout template (which you can tape to the wall) has a "this end up" arrow, which sort of implies the center line of the drilling template, but it's off by over 1/2" from the center of the actual template. That might matter if you're in a tight spot like mine. As usual, use the standard practice of measuring twice (or 4 times) then drill. I'm not easily impressed with most manufacturing, but this thing is the balls. It's better than the brand new Samsung now swinging from it! You won't regret the purchase of it if you're looking for a heavy-duty, no BS wall mount swing-out with an awesome extension capability (compared to the rest of the wimpy stuff out there), look no further. Not something you want to skimp on anyway in my opinion.

Good strong mount, buy it
As most of the other reviews claim, this is a good value. It's easy to install, but the instructions are confusing as heck, maybe worse than none at all.Hanging the part that goes on the wall is easy, make sure it's level and screw it securely to the studs - 16" maximum, so forget this one if you have 24" studs. The part that mounts to the TV is a little more complex, especially if you try to follow the instructions. I just laid it out on the bed and started assembling and it became obvious. Lots of extra screws and washers to accommodate different tv's. Set them aside, there really aren't many required to put the unit together.Once it's loosely assembled, attach to the TV with 4 screws (this is where all those extra's come in - choosing the right size screw for your tv). Then center everything by sliding the rails and brackets, tighten and hang the whole thing to the wall. It's good to have a helper when lifting the tv up.Figure about an hour if you have tools and a helper available.About all you could do wrong is attach a piece upside down, and if you did, you couldn't hang the tv, so it wouldn't be a real problem or slow you down more than a couple minutes while you fix it.Definitely a strong unit; for that alone I would recommend it. But it looks fine, and the price is right.

This product is exceptional and reasonably priced!
As a mechanical engineer, I couldn't understand how a few painted, metal pieces welded together should cost 3,4 or even 5 hundred dollars. With this in mind, I researched the available products to find a tv mount that was reasonably priced. I figured a fully articulating mount should not cost any more than 200 dollars. Well low and behold - I found this mount - and for only 99 dollars! At the time of purchase, this product didn't explicitly claim to accommodate a 70" tv, I read a review on here where a gentlemen utilized it with his 70inch sharp. For the price, it was worth taking a shot - and it worked out great! We used it to mount my father's 70 inch sharp (model LC-70LE732U - weighs ~98lbs). Installation was very straightforward - having a handheld powered drill (I used a cordless impact drill) made for easy installation of the lag bolts into the wooden studs. The mounting kit comes with all required fasteners and plenty more to accommodate a wide variety of tvs. As a weight test, I laid on the mount and it remained sturdy (I weigh around 190lbs). I simulated an earthquake/dynamic load by wiggling around and again the mount felt solid. A stud finder also proved to be very useful. This mount performs well, looks great, provides easy articulation of an enormous flat screen, and is highly affordable!Anyone who is on the fence I suggest you go for it - you will not be disappointed! Shipping was fast too!

Solid affordable Solution
After shopping around for quite some time I decided to go with this mount. I mounted a 65" Samsung LED TV which was a little larger than then the specifications, but my TV weighed 75 lbs and this was rated to support 200. I couldn't find a specified 65" mount that could swivel, tilt and rotate. This one really was designed well with a large mount bracket that fit the space of my studs in the wall. This product would have gotten a perfect 5 stars if it had come with all the screws I needed. The super thin holes that my Samsung 65" LED TV had were too shallow for the screws supplied. I ended up having to run up to a hardware store to purchase new screws and washers. Not a big deal, but just be ready to improvise if you plan on mounting the new 1-1.5" thick LED TVs to this mount. It took me about an hour to set up and mount. Easy, but I had previous experience mounting other TV's for friends and previous TV's. All and all, a good buy for under $100
