Can be compared with others
I wasn't so sure, at the first time, but I realized right away I received the fan. It moves the air and make a really cool in a sec. Reasonable noise as well. I compared the wind force and noise with dewalt dxf-2490 and the result is Vornado win. Vornado makes much strong wind and less noise. Cons, there are no place to carry. It feels awkward to grip a metal part. but not a big deal. Overall, Buy this. This fan is the best fan I've ever had in my life.

Great air movement
Those fans are the best! They move air like crazy. I have smaller one in my bedroom and a bigger one in the living room. I love them so much.

Didn't last long
Turns on for a short time then shuts off. I ordered it for the UK but sent an American outlet. Now it's been over 30days so I can't return it. I bought it December 19th.

7 years later, still going strong
I bought this fan 7 years ago during one hot summer and I have been using it ever since. This is a fantastic air circulator and you can really feel the room getting cooler with it on. It pushes air in a focused way that fans don't. There are 4 fan speeds and I find myself mostly using the 2nd speed because the max speed sounds like a hurricane. There are also a few screws holding the grill in place so you can easily take it apart for cleaning the blades. Overall one of my more worthwhile purchases for sure.
