Could’ve been good
I first gave this a five star review. I am changing it. Though it’s a very nice sewing machine, it breaks easily and can not be fixed. If you get a jam up where the bobbi is, when you clear it, the bobbi holder comes out and won’t go back in. There by not being able to sew. This company needs to make new machines that have plastic parts that don’t pop out. If they do, it would be a very nice machine.

I can sew outdoors
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. So happy to have found this sewing machine that allows me to sew outdoors. I do not recommend this as a beginner sewing machine as it has some quirks that a novice would be fustrated with. Threading is somewhat tedious as you have to watch and make sure it catch on the plastic guide between the tension dial and the thread take up lever. Then you have to move the need down below the needle plate to get the last thread catch. The eye is also hard to see due to no light on the machine. The bobbin is another story. It's weight is what drive the tension setting for the top thread and you need to adjust as the thread is used and the bobbin weights less. I typically make art with a backed canvas so I'm using fabric with faily weighted and it seems beautifully as long as I'm paying attention to the fore mentioned details. Again, I would not recommend this machine to a novice.

Good for light weight fabrics only.
Very light. Pre-threaded and extra bobbins. This machine is for light fabrics only. No way you could sew denim. I made some curtains and had trouble sewing the corners due to having to sew thru multiple lawyers. The needle would bend, fortunately never broke since I was very careful. Good for lightweight sewing fabrics. It is small which is what I was looking for since we live in a small space. I was able to complete my project and look forward to more. I would recommend, just be careful when sewing multiple layers or heavy fabrics.

Little Humming Workhorse
I give this little work horse a 5 star. We made our curtains for all of our RV windows , also upolsteried RV coach which turns into bed. Recovered our console for RV center piece. When we figured out what size needles and thread to use the little work horse it hummed along . best deal for the money, it saved us 2 to 4 thousand dollars if we had to pay someone.

It’s okay
This machine came pre-threaded. Thank God, because it is not easy to thread. It was a gift for my daughter. She likes it but it’s not the easiest. She’s used to sewing by hand, but wanted to learn how to use a machine. It is not really user friendly, but it serves the purpose of practicing simple stitching. I will eventually by a better quality machine for her.
