Does what it needs to do,
Arrived on time. Love the fact that it had basic packaging, very ecological and a joy to not have to fight with packaging or be bombarded with info. Nice little notebook similar to one I had about 10 years ago. Solid and metal. Great that it folds into tablet as well. Great value for money if it continues to work well. Bought as back up to my Levono Think pad which is playing up and keeps hibernating and turning itself off. I have also had 2 Surface Pros that bit the dust so have gone for cheap and old school for this one. Have a feeling it might just end up being better than the expensive ones.

Good quality and great value
Order for my younger son , he is delighted with it :)))Arrived before expected date of delivery , beautiful lap top very easy to set up . As good if not better than “big brand “very satisfied with it . Thank you . ( was septic first and did not expect such good quality laptop at this price . ) great value. I would buy from this brand again . 👌

Disappointed
The keyboard became faulty within 5 weeks (certain areas of keys stopped working), the camera showed unclear (misty) images, despite being cleaned, and the microphone didn't pick up normal levels of speech.It was sent back for a refund.

Junk
Bought the laptop 2 weeks ago. Cheap Charger that comes with the laptop has burnt out already and doesn’t work, so had to buy a new one. Also won’t support a HDMI to USB adaptor so can’t use it with a second screen for work. Regret buying it.
