I've bought this product alot in the past for my dad, and alot of the time it gets to me damaged or cut open. Not always but more times then it should. This seller was amazing. No issues at all with the product. The product itself is amazing. My dad has been bed ridden for 2 years now and every so often needs this because of his inability to get up and wash himself, it clears up any "problems" he has down there in a day.
